Not only is $XRP a gas token, but also the preferred source of liquidity for the native DEX's pathfinding algorithm. This makes it an ideal bridge asset for the long tail of currency pairs. #XRPL #internetofvalue

The more I hear this bullshit the more angry I become. They act like not passing Clarity somehow stopped Trump from making money. Trump made money in Crypto because there was no Clarity.
I hope I make it to the Senate just so I can look each one of these 🤡 🤡 in the face and call them the liars that they are - and yes this includes Republicans in the Senate as well.

SEC not waiting around for Clarity Act to move forward w/ crypto rulemaking.
They’re basically calling Congress’s bluff.

KPMG, who just audited Tether, also audited Silicon Valley Bank for almost three decades and issued a clean, "unqualified" audit opinion on SVB Financial Group’s 2022 financial statements on February 24, 2023. Just 14 days later, on March 10, 2023, the bank collapsed and was seized by federal regulators.
So, Tether just got their full audit by KPMG US, and I have some questions, like, why is the company who audited Silicon Valley Bank for years prior to implosion, auditing the largest stablecoin company on Earth?
For future reference, let’s start out by acknowledging in 2025, KPMG hired ex White and Case, Matt Miner, as their General Counsel and Vice Chair.
Who is White and Case you may ask? They are an international law firm that helps companies, governments and financial institutions achieve their global ambitions.
Funny, in 2024, White and Case Partner, Ladan Steward was publicly chirping about how the $XRP lawsuit was likely to reach the Supreme Court soon after she left her role as Crypto Unit Leader at the SEC.
Now, KPMG, who fulfilled the recent audit for Tether has ex White and Case personnel working at KPMG as their Vice Chair. That’s oddly convenient as he just joined in 2025 and now he’s auditing Tether.
You may ask, why would KPMG be concerning?👇
1. 2023 regional bank collapses:
KPMG audited Silicon Valley Bank, Signature Bank, and First Republic Bank, issuing clean opinions shortly before their failures. A 2025 U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations report criticized the firm for dismissing red flags (e.g., risk management issues, asset value drops, governance concerns, whistleblower allegations), long tenure with the banks, and a revolving door of personnel. KPMG has disputed the findings, noting other investigations did not attribute primary blame to the auditor.
2. PCAOB inspection data theft and exam cheating (2010s):
Senior KPMG personnel obtained confidential information about upcoming PCAOB inspections (in part via a revolving door with the regulator) and altered audit workpapers to improve results.
Separately, widespread cheating occurred on internal training exams (sharing answers and manipulating scores). In 2019, KPMG paid a $50 million SEC penalty, admitted facts, and agreed to remedial measures.
Individuals faced criminal charges (some later vacated on legal grounds), license losses, and other sanctions. This was widely viewed as a major ethics breach.
3. Xerox accounting scandal:
As Xerox's long-time auditor, KPMG was accused by the SEC of allowing the company to manipulate accounting to overstate revenues and earnings by billions. This contributed to a major restatement. KPMG faced SEC charges and settled related matters, including penalties and disgorgement.
4. Miller Energy Resources audit failures:
KPMG issued clean audit opinions despite grossly overstated asset values (oil and gas interests valued far above purchase price). The SEC charged the firm and the engagement partner in 2017; KPMG paid over $6 million (disgorgement, interest, and penalty) and faced undertakings. Investors later settled a related class action for $35
million.

🚨 Today the California Senate Committee held a hearing on the “Stop Nick Shirley Act,” known as AB 2624. This bill will criminalize and punish anyone from looking into fraud inside immigrant communities in California.
This bill was created only after I exposed billions of dollars in fraud throughout immigrant communities in the US. “Immigration support services” have become a billion dollar industry in California, and now that the fraud has been exposed, they are trying to criminalize those who look into the fraud.
The bill has passed through the California Assembly and is set to pass through the Senate and then to Governor Newsom’s desk. This bill was created by the Attorney Generals WIFE and will allow him to go after citizens if they film nonprofits and “immigration support services providers”.
Welcome to Califraudia.

Garlinghouse’s 90% odds for crypto legislation passing by April? Let’s cut through the D.C. theater. The CLARITY Act has been stuck in Senate Banking Committee limbo since January over petty squabbles about stablecoin yields and bank carve-outs. Coinbase initially opposed the bill, then flipped after closed-door negotiations—classic insider maneuvering.
The real issue? Bureaucrats can’t decide whether to regulate crypto or strangle it, so they’re doing both. This bill’s “progress” is just Congress scrambling to look competent before midterms.
If it passes, great—but let’s not pretend it’s a win for innovation. It’s a band-aid on a bullet wound of regulatory overreach.

The push for "TrustNet" systems highlights a critical issue—why is D.C. dumping billions into redundant digital identity projects when private innovation already delivers solutions faster and cheaper? The Department of Homeland Security’s bloated $3.1B "Identity Management" budget for FY2024 includes overlapping biometric initiatives like the underperformed H.R.10393, which allocates $55M for yet another palm-vein database while agencies like TSA still can’t process CLEAR enrollments efficiently.
Bureaucrats aren’t building trust—they’re building slush funds. Real verification happens through market-driven tech, not taxpayer-funded boondoggles that duplicate private sector progress.
Cut the waste, let innovators lead, and stop pretending federal overreach equals security.

World Economic Forum elites openly admit that chemicals are being sprayed into the atmosphere to cool the planet and even onto the food supply.
One insider admits most of these operations are handled by the military, carried out quietly and behind closed doors.
James O’Keefe went undercover at the World Economic Forum, capturing officials on camera admitting to what’s long been dismissed as “conspiracy theory.”
“A lot of the work actually came out of the military,” one admits. “They do this all the time — and it’s actually pretty cheap to do.”

We have a bunch of f*cking criminals who impoverish us and steal from us and take from us every day under the threat of violence. And then we are told we were a f*cking free country. What free country is held hostage by their own government to pay money so that they can f*cking take it and do whatever they want?
And it obviously enrich themselves because that's why these people go from $126,000 a year salary to being worth $30 million in 2 years. And then in 10 years, they're worth $400 million. Where do you think that comes from”
