Huhh, so this is what a supersonic sea-skimming target interception looks like (Unseen IR cam Footage from US navy).

Space freighters.
Scenes from this morning at the Kennedy Space Center turn basin, where NASA’s Pegasus and SpaceX’s Marmac 31 "You’ll Thank Me Later" barges are docked.
This is the first occasion they've been seen together in such close proximity, offering a rare opportunity to witness two vessels purpose-built to transport large spaceflight hardware.

Hi guys
I was tired of missing cool sunsets so I made a bot and website to show sunset quality forecasts.
SkyGrade compares several recent runs of a high resolution weather model to grade every spot's sunrise and sunset from A+ to F, based on how much high cloud there is to catch the color, whether lower clouds block the light, and how much smoke or haze is in the air.
Sunset forecast for Tuesday, October 27th, 2026.

Leo Vulcan 1 (LV-01) payload on the move.
LV-01 is the first of 38 Leo missions on @ulalaunch’s heavy-lift Vulcan rocket, and last week, teams successfully transported the 40-satellite payload—encapsulated inside a 70-foot-tall fairing—to the new Amazon Vertical Integration Facility (VIF-A) at Cape Canaveral.

With support from @SpaceX, the AFRL agile cargo pods were recovered after splashdown in the Pacific Ocean. Each pod contained representative mission equipment to study the effects of temperature, shock, and vibration of the cargo environments during launch and reentry. #Readiness
AFRL conducted a test of preliminary Rocket Cargo capabilities via @SpaceX Bandwagon-5 on a Falcon 9 launching from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station @SLDelta45. This test involved a SpaceX Starfall capsule loaded with #AFRL agile cargo pods for point-to-point delivery missions.
Jetty Park area of Cape Canaveral took a beating overnight and with the morning 5-foot tide & rough surf. Lots of sea oats gone, but prevented the waves from doing more damage. The beach umbrella / chair trailer at the Holiday Inn Beach Resort got partially washed out. 🏖️🌊😳

The team also made progress at LC-36B yesterday. Roughly 450 truckloads of concrete, lined up bumper-to-bumper and stretching nearly 3 miles up the coast, supported a 4,500-cubic-yard pour for the pile caps. Three more placements to go for a total of 15,000 cubic yards. This is the foundation for our New Glenn 9x4 pad.
