People wanting wages, bonuses and sign on fees to be added to player value are idiots. Players are assets and those are part of the upkeep. You wouldn’t add on services, tax or petrol onto the value of a car you bought.
The shambles of recruitment at certain clubs revealed in latest report by the always excellent @CIES_Football who have calculated the appreciation or decrease in player signings since they joined their clubs (excludes academy players).

This should have been @rioferdy5’s last ever appearance as a pundit. Clueless drug cheat is all he is. Was lucky to play under Fergie.
I genuinely can’t watch this clip without getting angry

Is Disasi ever going to get booked? Made about 5 fouls now #nufc

"He served in Iraq" Not the positive you think it is
“Alexa, show me a thread on X that evidences what is wrong with the game.” Darren is also a serving member of our armed forces and has served in Iraq. The people taking photos of his car and posting it on social media and ridiculing him, need to give their head a wobble. They couldn’t lace his boots never mind have to bottle to do what his does. Cowards all of them.

lol wrong a child will always be sat with a parent unless there is a terrible fuck up
Heading to the USA and travelling with @British_Airways - who I’ve flown with for years. And to guarantee we sit next to our children for 10 hours, we have to pay £800 on top of the ticket price. 😳 This is simply a tax on parents. If we were not travelling with our children we wouldn’t need to pay it. How is that fair or even legal?

This should be an automatic disqualification to be an MP. Clearly does not have the appropriate cognitive abilities.
Replying to @JerryTaylor
I have a very good friend who is affected so get over yourself

1 bad season not 18 months. People who say we were shit after we won the cup are braindead. Played 10, won 6, drew 1 and lost 3. Scored 21 conceded 9. In that season we were worse at the start than we were towards the end.
I’m not that impressed with Jaissle’s start. But this post is correct. For his last 18 months, Howe served up some dire stuff, looked tactically clueless, and let his nephew burn £300m. #NUFC were crap because of Howe. But Howe got a free pass.

The only quibble I have with this is, who the fuck is spending £350 a month on running a car. I spend about £102 a month on mine. That's Fuel, Insurance and Tax. One of my most boomer takes is that every fucker thinks they need a big fuck off SUV as a daily and they don't.
Minimum wage in the UK is £12.71 an hour. How the fuck is a single person meant to survive on that? That's just under £21k a year after tax, national insurance and pension. Let's do the maths. Rent: £750 a month (£9,000 a year). Council tax: £130 (£1,560 a year). Utilities: £150 (£1,800 a year). Phone: £50 (£600 a year). WiFi: £30 (£360 a year). Fuel, insurance and road tax: £350 (£4,200 a year). Food shop: £300 (£3,600 a year). Total: £21,120 a year. You're already £120 in the red, before clothes, toiletries, car repairs, emergencies or socialising. One of the richest countries in the world, yet minimum wage doesn't cover the minimum cost of living. Something needs to change.

Need a goal and he brings Burn on. This is fucking dreadful #nufc

A lot of people who cannot read in the replies and quotes to this. lmao
Manchester City’s claim to have “irrefutable evidence” that will overturn their guilty verdict on appeal is based on a trove of emails, letters and bank statements. A re-examination of Abu Dhabi government documents, receipts and testimony from 24 witnesses – all of which the club believe were wrongly dismissed at the original hearing – will be central in attempts to force a full or partial acquittal or retrial, according to people familiar with the case. @Tom_Morgs breaks down City's 'irrefutable evidence' ⤵️ telegraph.co.uk/football/202…

PL has 1 more unique winner in the last 10 seasons btw
PSG have completely destroyed Ligue 1 as a credible competition, the other french clubs are on their knees. Big clubs like Lyon and Bordeaux are in 100s of millions of debt as a knock on effect. TV companies withdrew a mountain of funding for the whole league due to the non-competitive nature of the league.

So we have had FFP and PSR for almost 15 years and it’s done absolutely nothing. Great. Glad we destroyed competition for it.
The Independent Football Regulator (IFR) has produced a 'State of the Game' report, which has taken a forensic look at English football over the past 18 months, concluding that the game's finances are dangerously exposed, with the majority of clubs living on the edge of financial disaster 🚨

Howe inherited a squad bottom of the league worth less than £200m. Jaissle inherited a squad where we have paid like £800m for. Totally incomparable.
Don't understand from last night's #NUFC criticism. A new manager getting hammered after 8 games (having won more in that time than Howe over his first 12), is: Don't see any criticism of owners, Wilson or Hopkinson really. Jaissle took over two weeks before season.

Under Mike Ashley Newcastle spent a.nAverage of £13m per season on transfers. Average transfer fee between 07-21 was £10m. Sports Direct advertising was plastered around St. James’ park and over 14 years Mike Ashley paid ~500k a year to do it. We’ve been playing catch up.
Dont let these idiots tell you they want a competitive league because they don't. Since PIF took control of Newcastle in 2021, they've spent £1b on transfers. But yeah, it's the red cartels fault they got pumped by Coventry

I’m sure the fact all 3 players are on now on 300k p/w and Newcastle can’t offer those wages due to PSR had nothing to do with those players leaving
Wait, which Newcastle players had to leave for PSR? Isak? Bruno? Tonali?
37
The other 2 are worse!
No it’s not hypocritical 😅 I’m talking about my striker diving for a penalty, me stopping a ball going over the line with my hand! I’m not talking about 900M in fake sponsorship over a number of years 🤯😅

Jaissle cannot survive this defeat. Losing 4-1 to a team that will probably go down is shocking
