One thing I’ve not seen said, working at the Cheesecake Factory in the kitchen is TOUGH. They’re a scratch kitchen with hundreds of menu items, if you can make it there no kitchen can break you I’d hire a CF employee with 1 year in over a recent culinary school grad every time
