It’s one of those irregular verbs. “I pray 5 times per day, You’ve been referred to prevent, He’s just gone boom.”

Called round to visit elderly neighbour - she’s 92 - not seen her for ages. She wasn’t in. But she’s done the Halloween thing brilliantly. Living room dusty, cobwebs… even a skeleton on the sofa…

Am I being too cynical here? French elections in April. Sometime in March confidence in economy collapses as they realise economically Le Pen as bad. Will need ECB bail out to keep EU alive. But will look terrible if ECB President is French.
I have just informed my colleagues that I will step down as @ECB President on 7 February 2027. It has been a source of great pride to serve this institution. I thank all of those who have supported me on this journey over the past seven years.

Why is the Halloween crap starting so early? Is getting in the way of my Christmas decorations.

The Bank of England DELIBERATELY FIXED the fake "public vote" to remove ALL historical figures from bank notes & replace them with nature images Freedom of Information requests by the Telegraph revealed the decision to remove historical figures was based on a "focus group" of a mere 119 people The Bank LIED because it previously claimed the decision was based on a "public vote". In truth, however, even this vote was FIXED. Instead of having HISTORY v NATURE, the bank deliberately split the "history" category into 3 sections: historical events, historical figures, architecture & landmarks. That was the only way that "nature" could win. However, of course bank notes always combine at least two of those history categories. For example: Churchill & Parliament or Wellington & Waterloo. The Bank's actions are indefensible and questions should be asked in the House. The Bank of England has clearly been captured by progressive woke ideology. A visit to the Bank of England with its permanent exhibition on slavery makes that clear This is part of the wider war on British history. It's an attempt to create a NEW BRITAIN, based on ridiculous myths that "Diversity Built Britain" and that Britain has always been multicultural. Remember: the Bank of England issued a 50p coin (held aloft by Rishi Sunak) which was imprinted with the nonsensical statement: "Diversity Built Britain" Anyone who lived behind the Iron Curtain will find all of this eerily and scarily familiar. The pulling down of statues, the renaming of streets and schools, the rewriting of history, denigrating heroes, changing bank notes etc....these were all tactics of the communists. Severing the connection between a people and their history is the best way to demoralise a society and prepare them for the imposition of new myths. Me on @GBNews: – at London, England
'Bank notes are one of the rare occasions when we get to come face-to-face with our history.' Historian Rafe Heydel-Mankoo and PETA's Jennifer White debate replacing British icons with wildlife on bank notes. 🇬🇧 Become a Friend of GB News: gbnews.com/support

The difference between an idiot and a realist is that an idiot thinks Russia is an existential threat whereas a realist recognises that Russia won’t ever be in position to invade whereas Islam is already invading. (Quick way of spotting an idiot is large number of flags in bio.)

Little thought experiment. Suppose someone had proposed bringing together Masjid al-Haram and a nightclub. Would you support or oppose?
Fabric. St Paul’s Cathedral. Name a more iconic duo. Bringing together these two institutions will create a one-of-a-kind experience, pairing world-class music with one of our most special landmarks. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cy8z…

Bollocks A she’s not a Tory. And that’s the most un-Tory policy I’ve heard of. You’ll find it’s Labour that insists on regulating parenting.
We all know Prue Leith is a nasty Tory piece of turd, but with this neurodivergence-baiting bullshit, she's saying that she would have starved me as a child. School dinners were pure poison to me at every age. independent.co.uk/news/uk/ho…

Why did it stop you in your tracks? You funded it. Your staff probably told them the conclusions in advance. This is propaganda not science.
This stopped me in my tracks. An independent study by @QMUL has found that after ULEZ was introduced, children’s lungs grew faster in Central London and have now caught up with children outside of the capital. Incredible.

You are largely responsible. And I predict that you’ll shamelessly exploit his death to shut down criticism of your woke-DEI grift industry. You are destroying the greatest university in the World.

This is on Cambridge University and specifically Professor Prentice. You are the one who pretended he was an exception and thus made him the scapegoat. To cover up the true problem with your woke- DEI grift and the destruction of academic standards.

If you judge someone posthumously by the people who hate them, Rod Liddle was/is the greatest since Lady Thatcher.

It’s such a shame. Rod would have delighted in the frothing green reaction of the “be nice” herd. And Professor Arday in the same week. There’s enough material for several genius-level Rod articles.
