Of pts on #PDIGREE, 23% had IMDC poor risk, with fewer (21%) treated in step 2. Simillarly, 27.7% had bone mets, with fewer (24.5%) treated in step 2. These were statistically significant & can guess why poor risk dz do not do as well w/ 1L ipi/nivo. #ASCO25 @OncoAlert 4/n
