MIDTERM PRELIM BRIEF. I am in the process of auditing 826 counties across 8 states from the midterm (TX, GA, IA, OK, KS, NC, NV, AZ) against 66 years of U.S. election history and federal voter-roll records. There is a tremendous amount of data to go through and its still on-going. While the data is out with several people much smarter than I am, I feel comfortable showing some prelim findings. Remember, none of this is proof of anything. This is just the math. Do with it what you will.

Bill Maher and Coleman Hughes finish each other's sentences for 3 minutes straight as they lay out how teachers' unions wrecked public education. The MS NOW host thought she could sit this one out quietly. Then Maher turned and lobbed a grenade right at her. MAHER: "The reason why they don't know that socialism didn't work... is because NOBODY taught them in school." HUGHES: "A lot of kids go to underperforming public schools, which is our euphemism for government-funded daycare centers with occasional school-like activities." MAHER: "I knew they weren't learning anything, but like you said, it's like a daycare center and not a good one." HUGHES: "And I think people on the left want to blame funding because that's the easy issue. But the truth is, this school was well funded. You know, it's 50,000 per pupil at this school. The problem isn't the funding. It's that you can't fire anyone bad." MAHER: "Yes.... The problem is the union, the teachers union, is too powerful. We've seen it in results in states where the union is less powerful, the schools do better." HUGHES: "I call it the chalkboard mafia." MAHER: "The problem, the unions protect bad schools and bad teachers, and the party protects the union. It's almost impossible in a lot of these cities to fire a teacher. I mean literally like you could sell drugs to a kid and it's got to be two offenses before we get—" HUGHES: "It wasn't that long ago that the unions lobbied for a law in New York State to ban even collecting data that you would use to assess which teachers are better than others. You can't even get the data. So obviously the teachers union serves the teachers, they don't serve the students, and if you're a Democrat or any American that's serious about public school reform, you have to challenge the teachers union, period." MAHER: "And I think in this school, where they were learning nothing with no supervision and absentee principals and teachers, I think spending 50,000 dollars per year per student, it's not money. That's what you always hear from the left. 'Oh, it's underfunded.' It's not the funding. The funding isn't the issue." HUGHES: "No, it hasn't been for a very long time." MAHER: "I think this is the kind of thing I will NEVER hear on MS NOW." ALI VITALI: "I think you hear a lot of perspectives on MS NOW." MAHER: "I don't ever hear that one." CONTEXT: Maher and Hughes aren't making this up. On the latest Nation's Report Card, high school seniors posted the lowest reading and math scores ever recorded on the test. And getting rid of bad teachers is nearly impossible. Federal survey data shows the average school district dismissed just 0.2 tenured teachers for poor performance in a year. That's roughly 1 in 500. Meanwhile, students do better long-term in states where unions have less power. A 2019 study in the American Economic Journal found that boys who went to school in states that forced districts to bargain with teachers' unions went on to earn about $2,100 LESS per year as adults compared to boys in states without those laws. If a business failed this badly, someone would get fired. As Hughes put it: "The teachers union serves the teachers; they don't serve the students."

GEORGIA Georgia was wild - they must have worried about Ossoff. Republican Senate Candidate got 210,000 less votes than the Republican Agriculture Commissioner and 190,00 less than Governor. In a total coincidence, Democrat Senator Ossoff got almost 200,000 votes more than the Democrat governor candidate. However they did this (and I will be opining soon) it allowed them to fine tune which candidates got votes vacuumed away.

Democrats called Charlie Kirk all these same vile names. They said he should be "eradicated" from politics. A year ago we saw him murdered in cold blood. Now the Democrat House leader is using that language about @StephenM while calling for him to be ERADICATED too. Pure evil.
Stephen Miller is a dangerous xenophobe and reckless extremist who has American blood on his hands. His presence in government should be eradicated like a malignant tumor. Fire him today.

Rachel Welch has made millions by injecting rage into the body politic. In this podcast, she and her co-host break into uncontrollable laughter at a post that says, “We’re digging up Charlie Kirk and doing it again." newsbreak.com/mediaite-52057… What is notable is that, after her cohost denounces conservatives for spreading false news, they claim falsely that Kirk was killed by a MAGA supporter -- a claim long debunked but repeated by many on the left.

MeToo "pioneer" MIT scientist who drove a professor to the brink of su*cide with false r*pe allegations after he broke up with her, told him she wanted to feel like she was "gang r*ped." Professor David Sabatini has been awarded $6M after his former colleague, Dr. Kristin Knouse, defamed him with completely false allegations. The MeToo community praised Knouse when she came out with her allegations. Sabatini's entire career was destroyed by the false allegations as his colleagues all rushed to defend the woman who lied about him. He also tried taking his own life by hanging himself, according to the Daily Mail. Newly released texts reveal that Knouse, 38, was the one who pursued Sabatini, 58, and it wasn't until he left her for another woman that she accused him of r*pe. After the breakup, she texted a friend that he was going to get "Weinstein-ed out of science." "My lawyers and I are out for blood... prison is what he should get," she said. She praised how "hopelessly defeated, beyond the violence stage," he was after his career was ruined. But text messages show that Knouse pursued him and sent him graphic texts. "I can't wait to wake up tomorrow and feel like I've been gang r*ped," she said in one text message. Knouse accused Sabatini of making her feel "scared" by his advances, but evidence showed that *she* aggressively pursued him. When he decided to pursue a different scientist, Knouse ended his career with false accusations. Sabatini's entire life was destroyed by the woke mob. They fired him from the Whitehead Institute and MIT, and erased his name from papers. She purposely left key evidence and text messages out when handing over information to investigators that would have proved Sabatini was innocent. She should never see the outside of a prison cell.

Texas and Oregon statistics show massive voter fraud. 2,900,357 new voters were registered without verification of U.S. citizenship in Texas from 2022 to 2024. 56.5% were considered "valid registrations" even without any verification of U.S. citizenship. Proof of U.S. citizenship is allegedly not required when registering to vote in Texas. This information can be found on page 193 in the Official Election Administration and Voting Comprehensive Report. On top of this, since 2020, Oregon's population saw an increase of 36,530, which are ALL immigrants from around the world. BUT, somehow, new registered voters in Oregon saw a gain of 263,459 voters. Which is a 700% gain. What is going on here? Look at the graph for international immigration that says +56,700. Then look at the birth to death statistics at -19,500, with a 36,530 population gain. The 36,530 is all, 100% immigrants. So how does it go from 2020 with 36,000 new immigrants with a total of 263,459 new voters registrations within the same period, while also taking into consideration all the other graphs including death to birth ratios? Just wait until more states get exposed. None of the numbers, votes, or new registrations, make any sense. I believe they went to big on cheating which made it extremely obvious and exposed their rigged system.

National Democrats love and uplift this demon who thinks it would be funny to dig up Charlie’s corpse and murder him again. That’s who just got power over Congress and the majority of governor positions. If you’re expecting moderation from psychopaths, you must be smoking crack. They’re totally deranged and they’ll only get worse.
Podcasters Jennifer Welch and Angie Sullivan can't stop laughing at the thought of digging up Charlie Kirk's corpse and "doing it" again to him. After laughing for 30 seconds straight, the women falsely claimed that Tyler Robinson was a 'MAGA person.' They will celebrate your death, laugh uncontrollably, and still be fully convinced they're the "good guys."

We're in a new era of communication, and only one side seems to be living in it. The old guard consultant class is about to be relegated to the dustbin of history. If you think that high prices lost the election for the right, you don't understand marketing. Humans have no problem paying a premium for a good quality brand. Notice the word "brand", not "product". Are Nikes better than New Balance? Nope. But the brand is better. And notice what happened when they tinkered with the brand and screwed their core narrative? Nike stock fell through the basement. Did the product change? Nope. The brand did. It's not the product, it's the brand. Results don't sell the product, the storytelling does. Will these newly-elected commies lower prices? Of course not. Are they gonna get you free healthcare? No, your insurance is gonna get even worse, just like it did the last time they tried socialized medicine. They're not going to do anything they've sold you, but...like Saul Goodman said: if you're committed enough, you can make any story work. The committed storytelling of a couple insane podcasters was enough to fracture an entire political coalition from their own side in less than 2 years...they have zero power, zero credibility, they've never actually governed anything nor produced any results, but...they're good storytellers, and that's all that matters. Are they telling a good story? No, it's atrocious, but they're telling their atrocious story effectively and compellingly. It is 100% true that everything's too damn expensive, and we all know that inflated prices are always sticky. Does anyone know that it's entirely the result of shutting down the global economy over the flu and (both naive republicans and democrats) printing infinity dollars for several years? Nope...because nobody has effectively told that story, and it's an unsexy story to tell. "Free stuff!" is a VERY easy story to tell, and when everyone's gotta take out a second mortgage just to pay their insurance premiums, "free healthcare" is an unbeatable story. It doesn't matter that "free healthcare" doesn't exist and socialized medicine is a terrible product...it's not the product, it's the brand. And "FREE!" is a great brand. You can't get mad at people for having the financial literacy of a 9 year old. I mean, you can, but they outnumber you a million to one, so it's not going to be productive. You need to figure out how to make an unsexy story sexy, or else the "free stuff!" crowd is going to eat your lunch every time. If you give people a choice between earning a six pack on a treadmill or taking Ozempic, they're gonna choose Ozempic...they don't care about the side effects. If you give people a choice between fiscal discipline or free stuff...guess what they'll pick? They don't care about the side effects. With projected growth of 5%, the economy right now is stronger than it's been in generations. Is that the story you hear? Nope. Is that the vibe you feel? Absolutely not, especially when every time you fill up your gas tank, it feels like a diesel enema. It's not the product, it's the brand. A great product can fall into oblivion with bad messaging...a single bad review from one effective storyteller can tank a restaurant. The "influencer economy" is lucrative for a reason; everybody inherently understands the importance of effective storytelling...except the right. Zohran Mamdani gets it...he has an army of influencers on staff. In a perfect metaphor of this transitional phase of old guard vs new wave political messaging, Zohran nuked the Vice President into oblivion with maybe the biggest ratio in the history of the internet. By simply posting the subway assistant meme, Mamdani got 2 MILLION likes, quoting a post from the VP that had only 10K likes. If you're reading that sentence thinking "this is fucking ridiculous, you're talking about social media likes as political analysis now?"...you are the problem. Yes, this stuff matters. Rizz matters. The President did a masterful job of this kind of retail politics in his historic 2024 campaign...you can be angry that this is what politics has been reduced to, but you can either adapt or die. "No the problem is, you didn't deliver enough for the American people!" Are you a moron? Since when does anybody care about that? What have democrats delivered for Californians in the last 20 years? Unmitigated wildfires, homeless drug zombies everywhere, roads that look like Fallujah in 2004...people don't care about results. They think they care about results. That want you to believe they care about results, just as Nike wants you to believe their shoes are better than New Balance...but at the end of the day, all people really care about is the swoosh. Adapt or die.
Guys, I hate to break it to you, but most political advisors are so bafflingly incompetent, it would make your head spin. All the talented communicators go work in Hollywood or at Saatchi and Saatchi, and these political bros never tap these agencies for help...I've connected several campaigns with literally the best marketing geniuses in the game, got them discounted rates, even...and they just never even bothered calling. It truly feels like a lot of consultants and candidates just want to lose. You ever wonder how my ads went so massively viral, but there's not been a single candidate who's come close to it? It's their dumbass advisors. I didn't go with any political advisors, and they were SO mad about it. I partnered with a filmmaker and marketing wizard, instead of political grifters. Why? Because I wanted our messaging to be effective. Political ads suck. Nobody watches them. I wanted people to want to watch my ads. The fact that nobody else understands this is...I honestly don't know how to explain it, other than they want to lose. There are a bunch of candidates who love it when their party loses power. It takes all the heat off them, because then they can't be expected to pass legislation when they're in the minority, plus they can fundraise way better off of the rage when the opposition is running roughshod over the country. Baffling to watch.

I can understand why Democrats are mad at Trump. All he did was give us secure borders, 3.4% economic growth, 4.2% unemployment, free speech online, sports for girls, a ceasefire in Gaza, an end to Maduro, a weaker Iran, and an investment boom. All that, and higher diesel prices.

The recipe for a bloodbath: Iran war (especially taking this long) = turns off the no more wars coalition Congress not passing SAVE America Act = lose more base voters and election integrity People feel their wallets getting lighter = lose some lean right normies who just want affordability. Not empowering Elon to go all the way with DOGE = more base voters stay home feeling nothing will ever change in the bureaucracy. Self important podcasters and influencers spent more time jockeying for attention by fighting with each other than fighting for the polices we want = Lose the interest of swing voters and splinter the already irritated base. Congress refused to actually run a national narrative and if they did, even I don’t know what it was = lose fence sitters who want a plan. No accountability for Epstein associates = Turns off base voters and MAGA/MAHA moms Put all of it together and young men are irritated so they stayed home too. We’ll have time to talk about how we fix this but right now it’s important to be honest about why we’re in this moment tonight. And don’t try to tell me the election was rigged. It wasn’t rigged. We got our asses kicked. If we want to fix it, we have to acknowledge the ass kicking and get to work.
