He's right, 60 Hz fixes it temporarily
Same issue with my Galaxy S22 Ultra. Did a temporary reset, which also doesn't fix this issue. I thought I was the only one with this issue. @SamsungIndia, please fix this ASAP. But I can say that switch the refresh rate to 60 Hz temporarily fixes this issue.
