Hello All my wonderful Friends and neighbors .. In 1922, a young entrepreneur opened a small grocery store in downtown Portland, Oregon. His name was Fred Meyer. The store was only slightly larger than a modern convenience store, but Fred Meyer had a simple philosophy: treat every customer exceptionally well and they will return. Employees were expected to know their customers by name and greet them warmly when they entered the store. Customer service was not just encouraged—it was the foundation of the business

Judges are entrusted with a solemn responsibility under the laws of our country. That public trust demands fairness, courage, and fidelity to the law. It must never be used to advance personal or political ideology. I am deeply troubled by rulings that appear to put ideology ahead of the law or public safety. When the evidence and the law call for accountability, a judge’s decision can have serious consequences for victims, families, and communities. Judges are responsible for their judgments. The public has a right to question decisions that undermine confidence in the courts. And for those who believe in God, there is an eternal judgment: each of us will answer to the Lord for how we fulfilled our responsibilities. I hope every judge will reflect on the weight of this calling and honor it with integrity.
