Terrible things are happening in South Africa!
This is why I fled to America to seek asylum!
The South African government wants to convince American that this is normal crime!
Hannah Cornelius, 21, a Stellenbosch University student, and friend Cheslin Marsh were carjacked in Stellenbosch on 27 May 2017 by Vernon Witbooi, Geraldo Parsons, Eben van Niekerk and Nashville Julius. Marsh was beaten with bricks and left for dead (he survived). Cornelius was gang-raped for hours, stabbed in the neck and killed by a large rock dropped on her head.
In November 2018 the three main perpetrators were convicted of murder, rape and related charges; Julius of kidnapping and robbery. They received two life sentences each plus lengthy additional terms (Julius 22 years). They smirked and gave thumbs-up in court.
