Intermittent fasting as a lifestyle, drink lots of h20 & minimal sugary drinks, not a coffee drinker-only tea.Try to consume plants regularly alongside chicken and seafood & be active. Moved to Mexico so less stress and healthier natural food. I cook at home more than I eat out.

Itโs amazing how a change of environment from the US for even a year rly benefits your body. Personally, I donโt even think the high quality food is high quality in the US. My body felt sooo different all last week.

I have never had a muscle flare up like that EVER. Lots of heat helped get me back to normal and cannabis. The food in MD was good but my body felt the difference. The way it responded showed me it knows the difference too.
It was great seein my fam but soon as I landed in MD my body locked up on me. Had to go to my chiropractor and get an adjustment. Next day muscle inflammation and sciatic nerve pinch. I couldnโt walkโฆyes walk for 3 days. Got X-rays and I was fine but this nerve issue was so bad.
Took a week to spend with the fam for the holidays in the states. Back home in MX. SO glad to be back.
My cousin was murdered yesterday for no reason. He was gunned down in daylight walking home from the store drinking a juice. 21 years old-it was just a random shooting. America is not a safe place for black people. Itโs a big reason I left the country. ๐ขwjla.com/news/local/man-killโฆ
