With Trump as President it seems the GOP has joined the school of the living constitution tradition.
Recruiting a candidate is First Amendment activity. Political organizing is First Amendment activity. Running for office is First Amendment activity.
The courts already said the state couldn't remove Dan J. Sullivan from the ballot. The NYT story doesn't change that. It just proves factions do what Madison said they would.

Bernadette Wilson just called for the statutory PFD formula and voluntary reallocation at the October 8 debate. The Alaska Libertarian Party has held that position for years. It's almost like she read our platform.

Almost everyone is against Flock cameras and the AI surveillance state, right now.
But if we don't abolish them soon, in a few years most people won't care about them anymore.
