Beautiful Impactful. Reminds us who & what we are, what we are meant to be. As world citizens. Not Simply Americans or Japanese. We are world citizens, responsible to each other. Today’s Russians, North Koreans & Iranians play as NAZI Germany & will go that route.

Three blacklisted oil tankers carrying 140,000 tons of Russian fuel are circling in the Atlantic. The White House reached out to American traders, urging them to purchase Putin’s diesel—but not a single buyer answered the call. Panicked by a surge in fuel prices just ahead of the midterm elections, the White House struck a deal with the Kremlin on October 9 to circumvent import bans. The administration expected Wall Street traders to jump at the chance to acquire cheap Russian diesel; instead, they treated the cargo as if it were nuclear waste. Why? Because the legal implications of such a deal could be disastrous for them. In 2022, Congress explicitly outlawed the import of Russian oil. A paper exemption issued by the U.S. Treasury carries no weight against a congressional ban—meaning any trader who touches Russian diesel or gasoline risks federal imprisonment and a subpoena from Congress. The chaos at sea is Kafkaesque in its absurdity. The tanker *Agioi Fanendes* departed St. Petersburg bound for New York, only to come to a halt in the middle of the ocean, now awaiting "further instructions"—maritime shorthand for "we are drifting aimlessly because no one wants to buy our cargo." The rest of Putin’s "shadow fleet" is faring no better. The *Talisman* is blacklisted by both Washington and Europe, while the *Leruo* is banned across the EU, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Yet, officials in the White House—aligned with Trump’s agenda—have been working the phones, attempting to secure berths for these Russian vessels in American ports. But Wall Street’s reaction was ice-cold. Even with Moscow offering substantial discounts, grey-market oil traders have kept their heads down. Former U.S. Treasury officials have already warned that any contact with these vessels would be corporate suicide; consequently, 140,000 tons of diesel are currently adrift in the Atlantic without a single buyer in sight. Meanwhile, Congress has taken a hard line. Democrats—along with some Republicans—have warned potential buyers that they risk committing a federal crime, while Senator Blumenthal has sent formal warnings directly to the shipowners, demanding that they turn their vessels around immediately. New Jersey Representative Mikie Sherrill—a former naval officer and federal prosecutor—has labeled the Trump-linked deal "corrupt and illegal." She has already prepared a series of measures to block major East Coast fuel terminals in Bayonne, Linden, Carteret, Perth Amboy, and Port Reading. With American ports closed and the threat of congressional action looming, Washington and Moscow are scrambling to find a way out of this predicament. Energy experts suggest that, with no American buyer willing to take the risk, the rejected Russian diesel will likely have to be offloaded in South America at rock-bottom prices—resulting in a loss. The White House’s desperate scheme—an attempt to circumvent federal law, lower diesel prices ahead of the November 3rd election, and funnel money to Moscow—appears to have failed. Much like the ships in Putin’s "ghost fleet," they are left wandering the seas and oceans, with nowhere to dock…

Eat shit.
The use by the Dutch official of the term “regime” towards Russian authorities is absolutely unacceptable and will be duly noted in Moscow. N.B. The siting of ammunition depots near populated areas constitutes a war crime.

It’s vile. My nation’s White House was the voice of the free world and stood as a beacon, as a North Star for people fleeing oppression. Trump was seen by the CIA as a ruzzian asset since 1988.
Trump doesn’t even bother hiding who he serves anymore. The only mystery is why the White House still flies an American flag instead of a Russian one.

Trump has lost some cases.
Replying to @GenoVeno73
Well they are quoting the law and cases that DJT lost, and the Constitution, so obviously you are wrong. Even Scotus, who hardly ever rules against him, has ruled sometimes against him. So I would expect that you are blowing smoke.

Here is another list. Just fyi.
Dear MAGA, since you're always asking me, "What laws has Trump violated. Be specific." HERE IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIST 1) The Principle of Non-refoulement is an international law prohibiting a state from returning a person to a place where they would face a real risk of persecution, torture, or other serious harm. SEE - 1967 Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees, which the U.S ratified in 1968. 2) The Convention Against Torture (CAT) prohibits the removal of any person to a country where they would more likely than not be subjected to torture. Signed by the U.S.: April 18, 1988 Ratified by the U.S.: October 21, 1994 Enforced in the U.S.: November 20, 1994 3) The Refugee Act of 1980 prohibits the return of a refugee to a country where their life or freedom would be threatened. 4) INA § 241(b)(3) states that the U.S. cannot remove an alien to a country if it's determines that the alien's life or freedom would be threatened in that country. 5) Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998 (FARRA) - codified 8 U.S.C. § 1231 - states the U.S can NOT expel, extradite, or otherwise effect the involuntary return of any person to a country in which there are substantial grounds for believing the person would be in danger of being subjected to torture. 6) Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 (Election Clause) by attempting to control federal elections and intimidate State and election officials. 7) Article I, Section 8 - Congress' authority to create and/or abolish government agencies/offices - by creating DOGE via Executive Order and by dismantling government agencies WITHOUT Congressional approval or involvement. 8) Article I, Section 9 , Clause 8 - the Emoluments Clause - prohibits any person holding a government office from accepting any present, emolument , office, or title from any "King, Prince, or foreign State ," without congressional consent. 9) 1st Amendment free speech clause by silencing the scientific community - via Executive Order - and by trying to silence the media by kicking out certain media from the press room and by filing frivolous lawsuits. 10) 5th Amendment for violating due process rights of immigrants. Bad news for Russia. Good news for Ukraine and Europe. The European company Destinus has ramped up serial production of its "Ruta Block 1" cruise missile. According to the company, 1,750 units have been completed, with a monthly production rate approaching 300 units (as of late October 2026). 📍 Production: Primarily in the Netherlands (including proprietary T150 engines, airframes, and avionics). An expansion in collaboration with Rheinmetall in Unterlüß (Germany) is planned. 🇺🇦 Ukraine: Confirmed—the missiles are being supplied and are currently in service. President Zelenskyy confirmed their use in combat operations in 2025 (with ranges exceeding 250 km). The Netherlands is funding approximately 700 units. Debris has been reported in Russia. 🚀 Block 1 Specifications: Range >300 km, payload ~150 kg. Features low-altitude flight, terrain-following capabilities, and operates independently of GNSS. Future variants: Block 2 (>700 km) and a planned Block 3 (up to 2,000 km). European-scale production, free from Chinese components—with a monthly output now exceeding what Europe produced annually prior to 2022.

Congratulations Irina Terekh!!!!! 🇺🇦🙏♥️ Faced with a Bigtime challenge you devised a solution. BRAVA!!!
Ukraine has learned to strike at Russia without Starlink. A Ukrainian company, Fire Point, has developed technologies that allow its long-range systems to carry out combat missions without SpaceX's satellite communication. This refers to strikes against targets in Russia and in the occupied territories - Irina Terekh, in an interview with Reuters. According to her, the systems were initially designed to complete a mission without an external signal, using autonomous navigation: "We found a way to technologically overcome this problem, but this likely only covers 15-20% of what we could do if Starlink were operating over Russia," The head of Fire Point also announced that this month, Ukraine for the first time used the Fire Point FP-7 tactical ballistic missile in combat. This missile has a range of approximately 300 km and can be used to destroy Russian "Iskander" launch systems. These systems are capable of changing position before slower attack drones can reach them and according to Terekh, this is cheaper than using Patriot interceptors. "We want an alliance with America where the rules are known in advance, so that the question of whether we are allowed to defend ourselves does not arise every few weeks depending on someone's mood,"

As the great people of Oleshky arrived to Ukraine after a long trip @WCKitchen lead by Yuliya is ready with borscht, and many other Ukranian dishes! The route was long: from Oleshky through Crimea to Anapa in Russia, then a flight to Belarus and onward by road into Chernihiv region. After a journey like that, warm, good food matters a great deal. #ChefsForUkraine Proud that the teams were first in Irpin and Bucha, in Kherson….so many special powerful moments! now here…Ukrainians are the best of us!

Profoundly uncomfortable questions for the west and specifically my nation. I was glad to learn yesterday that of that diesel has been unloaded in the U.S. not because my people are moral, they are like people everywhere else, but because no trader dares buy any of Putin’s diesel for fear of prosecution later. I’ll take it. The scheme trump Putin imagined Isn’t happening,Thank God!!
FINALLY! The diesel deal that appeared designed to stop Ukraine from striking Russian oil refineries — potentially saving Putin's economy from paralysis or even collapse — is beginning to unravel. Members of Congress and the Ukrainian Armed Forces have dealt a serious blow to what looks increasingly like a dangerous convergence of interests between Trump and Putin. The Novokuybyshevsk refinery is burning, while a tanker carrying Russian diesel reportedly hesitates to enter New York's ports. When Ukraine suspended its attacks on Russian refineries, I kept remembering the words of French writer Jean de La Bruyère: "Some pretend to be fools deliberately, while others genuinely believe they are accomplishing something." I'll leave you to decide who belongs in which category. Let me repeat: in early October, Putin may have been just weeks away from a devastating economic crisis. But once again, Trump appeared to throw him a lifeline. The pressure on Russia's diesel production — one of the foundations of the Kremlin's economic and military strength — was significantly reduced. How did this happen? First, the controversial Russian diesel arrangement. Presented as an effort to stabilize fuel prices, it raised serious questions about whether Washington was effectively helping Moscow protect one of its most important industries. Second, pressure on Ukraine. Trump's policies and Musk's influence over Starlink have raised troubling questions about Ukraine's access to military communications, intelligence, and Patriot missiles. Third, diplomatic promises. Ceasefire negotiations and political incentives encouraged Ukraine to exercise restraint precisely when its attacks were inflicting serious damage on Russia's energy infrastructure. And what did Russia do in return? Absolutely nothing resembling restraint. Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities, power stations, and civilian infrastructure continued. The Kremlin gained breathing room while Ukraine paid the price. Eventually, Ukraine struck back. But how much time did we lose? In my assessment, approximately three months. At the beginning of October, I believed that another three weeks of sustained strikes involving roughly 100 long-range drones daily could have pushed Russia's refining sector toward a critical breaking point. Now, achieving comparable economic damage could take months. And these are not merely lost weeks. They mean additional time for Putin to repair infrastructure, rebuild supply chains, accumulate resources, and continue his invasion. For Ukraine, that means more destroyed homes, more dead civilians, and more families burying their loved ones. Americans and Europeans need to ask some uncomfortable questions. Who benefits when Ukraine is pressured to stop attacking Russian oil infrastructure? Who gains financially and politically? And who ultimately pays the price? There is another dangerous dimension: Iran. A major military escalation involving Iran could send global oil and diesel prices soaring while accelerating the depletion of American weapons stockpiles, especially Patriot interceptor missiles that Ukraine desperately needs. Russia could benefit from higher energy revenues while Europe faces greater economic pressure and Ukraine loses access to critical defensive weapons. Whether these developments reflect deliberate coordination or overlapping interests, they deserve serious investigation. We cannot afford silence. Journalists must investigate. Congress must demand answers. European governments must examine the consequences. And the public deserves to know whether policies presented as peace initiatives are actually giving Putin more time and resources to wage war. The distance between making concessions to an aggressor and effectively betraying those resisting aggression can be dangerously short. Cockroaches hate the light. Their dirty dealings depend on darkness and secrecy. Our responsibility is simple. Turn on the lights.
