Idea-Math hub in the classroom where Ss can choose how to represent their thinking. This helps students spend less time drawing them, Ss see them represented correctly, Ts can see S work instead of it being dry erased, and it gives students agency even to our littlest learners 😍
Led a virtual workshop for fabulous @BerkleySchools educators this morning, then voted here in person just now. @equity for multilingual learners w/ Kristi Metz + civic participation makes for an excellent day.
Love this network which gives me the opportunity to collaborate and learn from other districts #JEPL
