The SEC is out to destroy crypto. They are not trying to work with companies that legitimately want to work within a regulated and safe framework for consumers.
All this does is hurt innovation in the US and push companies overseas.

Whenever BTC's capability as P2P money is questioned, Maxis always include Lightning Network in the Ying & yang defence bundle and every other coin is called a centralized shitcoin. Most activity 'on' LN is via custodial/centralized wallets and yet a blind eye is happily turned.
