TSLA SHAREHOLDERS ARE # 14!!!
We did it!!! Great work everyone!!
The Tesla Retail letter in support of a $TSLA/$SPCX merger now represents over $10.2 BILLION dollars in Tesla shares - to put it into context, that is more shares than Baron Capital, Citigroup and ARK Invest COMBINED.
Kalshi betters may want to revisit the merger odds.
The Numbers - in just 2+ Days:
♦️ $10.2 billion in Tesla stock
♦️ 9,697 signers
Tesla and SpaceX don't just share a CEO; they share shareholders. 76% of signers (7,406) own both TSLA and SPCX, holding 19,774,447 shares.
The closest thing to this historic mobilization was ALSO Tesla retail: our 2024 letter (representing $4B of TSLA) supporting Elon Musk's incentive package & move out of Delaware. Neither would have been possible without the stellar skills of @TeslaBoomerMama.
Thousands of shareholders think Tesla and SpaceX are stronger together, and they back Tesla, the Special Committee, and Elon Musk.

8,564 shareholders. 22.4M shares. More than Schwab 👀
In 48 hours, a shareholder letter just became a Top 15 Tesla holder. Tesla holder, SpaceX holder, or both, there's still time tonight 🗳️
Huge work @TeslaBoomerMama @Amy787 🙏 NFA
WOW, we cracked the Top 15 🥳
Took me a while to double check IP addresses to be sure, and yes, here we are:
8,564 signers after only 48 hours
22,431,114 shares represented.
More than our good ol' friends from Schwab.
You can still participate until tonight

I’ve spent a few days thinking about the Tesla Roadster reveal and landed somewhere I haven’t seen much discussion. I’m neither a Tesla fanboy nor a Tesla hater. And I couldn’t care less whether what we saw technically qualifies as a flying car. Three takeaways: (1) The risk of that live demonstration going horribly wrong was real. Almost no CEO would willingly expose their company to that kind of public humiliation for a product with so little financial upside. Elon did. (2) That willingness to attempt the seemingly impossible is what makes Tesla special. It’s also arguably Elon’s greatest contribution to America. He’s helped bring back something we’ve lost. The American spirit of chasing big scary ideas that most people think are impossible. That mindset is spreading across a new generation of founders and its long term impact on America’s future could dwarf anything Tesla ever sells. I think this is deeply underappreciated. (3) Can we just acknowledge how insanely cool that moment was? We’ve reached a strange place culturally where even extraordinary feats of human ingenuity immediately become arguments about why they don’t count. Not everything needs to be a debate. Sometimes we should just be able to stand back together and marvel at what humans are capable of. I’ve been both bullish and critical of Tesla’s ambitions over the years. But watching Elon and his team push the boundaries of what’s possible reminds me why I’m glad we have him. Whether the Roadster ever makes Tesla a dollar or impacts $TSLA stock price is almost beside the point. We need more people willing to risk failure in pursuit of things the rest of us think are impossible. Because when they succeed we all win.

Don’t forget to take your car out of trick or treat mode. Set mine to play and came back a half hour later and it was still going lol so cool 🎃

The slowest version of the new @Tesla Roadster (<1.6s to 0-60 mph) will be quicker than the current quickest version of the all-electric $2.5 million Rimac Nevera R (1.66s).
The fastest trim of the Tesla Roadster (rocket trim) will be capable of 0-60 mph in ~0.59 seconds.
I’ll be at the X-Take over Saturday. This is my Cybertruck. I’ll be driving the PY down. If you see someone who looks like he would drive this CT say Hey.

FSD Supervised v14.3.9 starting to roll out shortly
This release includes a new active safety feature set: FSD Supervised can now activate on your behalf when an imminent collision is detected and Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) may not be enough.
It may also engage if we detect you’re heavily distracted or have accidentally disengaged FSD
