I want power packets. Go to 480v DC, but the hub can cut in a microsecond if there is an issue. Heck, milliseconds is probably fast enough- at each cycle, hub determines what the other side wants and whether wiring is in tact, no ground/negative fault, etc.

Rest in peace, Nick Wray.
Nick was Neuralink participant P8, the 8th person in the world to receive the implant.
He lived with ALS for four and a half years and passed away on August 2, 2026, at 44.
With his implant, he used his phone, his laptop, and played video games just using his mind.
His family wrote that he considered Neuralink and his contribution to the knowledge of the human brain to be his purpose.
He was also a drummer, a barista and manager at Grounds for Thought, fluent in French, and a lover of Aruba and good coffee.
Thank you, Nick. What you gave will help every patient who comes after you.

Dear Tesla,
When your car gets rear ended, your trunk gets stuck open because of it, and you have to wait a week + to get an appointment at the Tesla Collision Center, there should be some way to prevent the app from sending you a notification that your trunk is open every hour.
I’d just mute the entire app, but my fiancee has a model 3, and my service case is running through the app so I don’t want to miss any notifications about that.
But holy shit, I know my trunk is open. I wish it wasn’t fam.
