Over the next 24 to 48 hours, approximately 13M S will move under a strategic OTC agreement.
The counterparty is a long-term partner who will be working with us to grow Sonic's reach and engagement across their network.
We're sharing this in advance so the community is aware of what the movement is when it shows up on-chain.

5.9M S burned! 🔥
As previously communicated, unclaimed tokens from the Sonic airdrop were scheduled to be burned.
On October 15, the burn was triggered permissionlessly onchain, permanently removing 5.9M S from circulation.

The next 100 million Sonic users may never even know they’re using Sonic.
CEO @MattVisser breaks down the four areas where he sees adoption coming from next and how Sonic plans to capitalize on them.

Gentlemen,
I've already reached out to @mr_pschmitt directly, we connected privately before any of the recent threads (he can confirm).
Mending bridges is often best done privately first, so that a public conversation can be productive rather than performative.
That said, I appreciate the intention behind setting up a public discussion and we will get there. I'd simply like to start with a private conversation between us in the coming week, then be given the chance to focus on the upcoming builders' AMA, with broader public AMAs to follow shortly after.
One thing I want to add as well: the emotion in the recent threads is real and the damage people have suffered is real. I don't dismiss any of it. But the way forward is work, not argument. We shouldn't attack critics or waste energy defending ourselves. We'll deliver and the results will speak.
Talk soon. More to come.

🚨SONIC CEO SAYS AI AGENTS WILL CHOOSE SONIC BY DEFAULT!
@MattVisser of @SonicLabs on Crypto Insider with @cryptomanran says he’s steering clear of the hype. An agent is emotionless. It looks for the cheapest place to settle. 90% of AI traffic is already going through USDC because it’s easy.
When you let the machines pick, he says that’s Sonic by default. They’re putting an MCP server into the clients and adding native support so agents can onboard without friction.

A reminder from the road: the most important business still happens in person. Online narrative matters, but sitting across from decision-makers, sharing vision face to face and making commitments eye to eye, is where things actually move.
@kbwofficial and @token2049 in Singapore delivered exactly that. It was a particular pleasure to sit down with @stelyb & I'm grateful for his continued support and guidance, and for the network around him.
This week: the UAE, and more of the same. Productive conversations with people building real-world use cases and genuinely supporting us, teams and businesses who want to use our tech & partner with us. If you're in the region and working on something real, my door is open to meet in real life.
Onwards and upwards.
So true
$S Sonic has no major resistencies till 0.27, a 4x from here. Will bring the token around 1 billion market cap, an interesting target. Fantom at the time was trading around 7 Billions. People were expecting more upside. Crazy times.

$S (Sonic) printed $253M in 24h volume on a $241M market cap.
More dollars traded in one day than the entire token is worth, and price jumped 30% with it.
When volume runs past market cap like this, the retest shows who is still holding. That's what I'm watching next. 🧵 1/2
