I love the build quality, fluidity of the OS, inner screen, and form factor.

My initial impressions on the iPhone Duo and don't come at me because you suae the phone differently. I REALLY miss FaceID, but the biggest loss is the action button. I use it to call my wife all the time. Going to keep using it, see if feelings change. (Ive done the camera control mapping and added a shortcut to lockscreen).

Today is the day! I FINALLY got my hands on the iPhone Duo! First impressions: it feels great in the hand, though I'm still on the fence about the Nano-Texture inner display. Relying strictly on Touch ID is definitely going to get old fast. I already miss Face ID. That said, as more dual-screen apps roll out, I'm genuinely excited to put this thing through its paces. Did you end up picking one up? #iPhoneDuo #Apple #Foldable #TechNews

The face of a man who couldn’t sleep because he was excited about a new foldable phone. After all these years I still love tech and am so lucky to do what I do.

iPhone Duo 2 prototypes inside Apple include Face ID, with the sensor beneath the outer display, Mark Gurman reports. Apple is also exploring an Action button. 9to5mac.com/2026/10/22/gurma…

Hey @techradar do you think I could TechnoBuffalo back? You guys don't use, it just redirects. I have no desire to get back into publishing so you can keep the redirect. I'd just like to have it again for the YouTube side and nostalgia. Help me bring @technobuffalo back home. Happy to discuss $$. 🙏

On his podcast, @markgurman explained that Apple is already working on the second-generation iPhone Duo, expected next Fall. The Face ID on the iPhone Duo 2 is still in early testing, so it's unclear whether the feature will ship next year. Are you getting an iPhone Duo? #apple #iphoneduo #iphoneduo2 #faceid #technews
