Wirtz's worst performance as a 10 was not as bad as Gravenberch 1st half as a 10. You can rightly criticise a player for losing the ball or getting tackled etc. but it's far far worse when your 10 never gets on the ball and never tries to pass forward. Wirtz at least never hides.

GOAL WILL WRIGHT AGAIN. Another superb goal.
Pins his centre-back and completely bodies him on the turn, jumps past and finishes into the corner. Brilliant from Bradshaw in the build up. Both on fire.
Liverpool 4-1 Brighton.

Thought this was one of Wirtz's better games. Covered the most distance, picked up possession in areas you want him in and had a hand in both goals.

Liverpool closing in on Bradley Barcola from PSG. Guaranteed fee just above £100 million and about £20 million in add-ons. Still negotiations to take place.

Must be nice for Palmer and Rodgers to just have their own space and not have their CMs standing on their toes
If we do sign Minteh, I don't care about the injury.
Obviously not ideal but not the end of the world.
But that's as long as we get Barcola signed.
We'll have enough players who can play RW for 2-3 months until Minteh would be fit.
We'd be signing him for 5+ years.

🇭🇺 As I understand it Dominik Szoboszlai will sign his new Liverpool contract today.
His entourage have already flown out to Liverpool for this special moment.
Barcola is the clear favourite.
Would you prefer then:
Barcola only, or;
2 wingers that cost £40-60m each. Can be any 2 wingers in the market but would have to cost the same / less than Barcola when combined.
If 2, name your wingers in the comments.
