More 'We are too stupid to survive': Because the West outsourced much of its manufacturing to Communist China, it forgot how to make things. Worse, manufacturing tech has advanced—in China. Now China is taking steps to make sure the West can't steal China's updated/modern manufacturing techniques. reuters.com/world/asia-pacif…

Not mentioned by @mwsonnenfeldt and his NYTimes editors: China leads the world in solar production thanks to genocidal Uyghur slave labor. But this is all they said: "China is both the world’s largest emitter of greenhouse gases and its largest builder of renewable energy; it manufactures more solar panels and batteries than any other country, and continues to dominate critical minerals supply chains. That achievement did not emerge from markets alone. It reflects decades of deliberate industrial policy and government support." Greens want you to overlook this crime against humanity. But never forget the Soylent Green punchline: "It's people." nytimes.com/2026/10/26/opini…

The Trump @TheJusticeDept is right to look askance at the Democrat name games being played in the Alaska Senate race. That old Democrat trick is how JFK was elected to the U.S. House in 1946.👇Maybe I missed it, but I have yet to hear any cable news show talk about this.
About the name games apparently being played in Alaska -- two Dan Sullilvans up for @SenDanSullivan's Senate seat, that dirty trick is how JFK won his first House race in 1946. JFK (then 29 and a Navy veteran) ran in the Democratic primary for Massachusetts's 11th congressional district (Boston area districts including parts of Cambridge and Somerville). One strong opponent was Boston City Councillor Joe Russo (an Italian-American name that could draw ethnic votes). To split the Russo vote and confuse voters (especially those voting by name recognition alone), JFK's campaign (with involvement or approval from his father Joe Kennedy) recruited and funded a second, unrelated Joe Russo—a local janitor with no political experience or ambitions—to also enter the race. This created ballot confusion: voters might not know which Joe Russo to pick (or split their votes between them). The janitor Russo later admitted he was paid and given favors; the city councillor Russo publicly complained about the deception.

A heartbreaking story that the long-neglected SS United States is going to be sunk and turned into a reef. On the right: Me on the once great luxury liner in August 1968, coming back from a 3-year stint helping the US military occupy Germany. washingtonpost.com/opinions/…

Sorry Washington Post, the world is not breathing "unhealthy air." We know this because there have been no reports of anyone being harmed by outdoor air—not surprising because EPA clinical experiments report that we shouldn't expect anyone to be harmed. The highest outdoor ozone level reported this year is 250 parts per billion reported in an industrial area in northern India. No documented health effects were reported. EPA clinical research data report no health effects at exposures on the order of 300-400 ppb. There is a difference between ugly/unpleasant air and unhealthy air. The fake news media doesn't want you to know that. washingtonpost.com/opinions/…

If Biden let in 25 million people, then at least 10% of the people in our country are here illegally. I asked Tom Homan about the 10% figure. He was afraid to acknowledge it.
"Biden let in 25 million people. We've gotten many of them out." President Trump responds to concerns about unrest spreading across Europe, saying his administration's immigration crackdown is preventing similar problems in the United States. Trump says illegal border crossings have fallen to zero and that his administration has removed dangerous criminals who entered during the Biden years.

"Big Oil" knew, and knows, nothing particular about climate. As usual, Senator Outhouse is just full of💩. What's not full of it is Big Oil, which keeps our society alive.
Big Oil used to pretend climate change wasn’t real – then they pretended they were part of the solution. 🧵 aaronregunberg.substack.com/…

How about doing these things first: 1. Stop Communist China from owning land near military bases. 2. End military reliance on equipment from Communist China. 3. End vital infrastructure dependence on Communist China. There are probably many other things that make sense to do from a national security standpoint vs. ensuring military bases in the US are self-sufficient. In fact, relying on local infrastructure would ensure that the military remains interested in the safety and security of local communities.
How will the rest of us survive? Just askin'. It's nice that our self-minded political leaders and the spend-thrift military want to ensure their own survival but they're supposed to serve and protect us, not themselves. How about smart national security policies vs. doomsday bunkers and supply hoarding?

FORTRESS: The Pentagon is preparing every major U.S. military base to survive 90 days without outside support — no civilian power grid, no global supply chains, no outside fuel or water. The initiative, revealed in documents reviewed by Fox News Digital, envisions portable nuclear reactors, massive battery storage, and microgrids that can disconnect installations from civilian electricity entirely. Strategic reserves of munitions, fuel, critical minerals, and medical supplies would be stockpiled based on wartime consumption rates. Civilian factories are being pre-identified to shift to defense production during a crisis. Pentagon chief spokesperson Sean Parnell put it bluntly: "Power is combat now. Without electricity, you lose communications, water, logistics, assembly lines and just basic military command structures." Full story here foxnews.com/politics/inside-…

'Fighting Against Ohio': Recall that Comrade Obama illegally and unconstitutionally wrecked the coal industry in Ohio. Though none of his anti-coal rules survived court review, he forced much of the industry into bankruptcy, just like he promised he would do in 2008. Miners, their families, and their communities and many supporting businesses were wrecked. Obama laughed all the way to the bank. reuters.com/legal/government…

If NYTimes @maxinejoselow is going to claim that permitted industrial emissions are "toxic," she ought to show us the receipts. Where are the bodies? She can't because there are none, because the emissions are safe. Reasonably regulated industrialization is good for public health because wealthier people are healthier people. nytimes.com/2026/10/24/clima…

NYTimes blowhard @tomfriedman is still raving about climate: "We’ve changed the climate. We are the first species to actually drive itself into a basically man-made climate era. No species has ever done that before. That is a godlike act." Right Tom, the climate doesn't change on its own. This graph of the past 485 million years shows a 20°C+/36°F+ variation in global surface temperature was driven by SUVs, coal plants and cheeseburgers.🙄 BTW, there are more people living healthier. wealthier and freer lives than ever before, thanks to emissions. The Earth itself is carrying more life than at any time in the past 20,000 years. We have real problems, but emissions are not one of them. nytimes.com/2026/10/25/opini…

Nope, a new study does not "demolish long-running assumptions about the safety of plastic": 1. There is no credible body of research that shows microplastics have caused any harm. 2. Since we've been using plastics, people have only gotten wealthier and healthier. That is the sole public health impact of plastic. 3. These researchers claim that their experiment showed that water degraded tiny particles of styrofoam over the course of 10 days. Even accepting the result at face value, I doubt the relevance of this study since the body is way more different and complex than a test tube containing water and other unknown lab conditions. Moreover, the body excretes ingested plastic as a matter of course. 4. Bottom line: There is no there there in the study results since ingestion of plastics is not linked with any harm. washingtonpost.com/climate-e…

PFAS are inert and harmless to the environment and humans. PFAS concentrations in the environment and consumer products are measured in "parts per trillion"—nothing is toxic at that level, let alone PFAS that are engineered to be non-reactive. Not to pile on, but the entire endocrine disrupter scare is also a hoax. Maybe @SenBooker should schedule sometime with me to be schooled on some toxicology reality.
New research found that 80% of national and 90% of New Jersey samples of water from lakes and streams had PFAS contamination. PFAS is linked to cancer, hormone disruption, developmental issues, and more. Meanwhile, Trump’s EPA is trying to weaken PFAS limits in drinking water.   environmentamerica.org/newje…

Don't forget: The UN admitted this week that Trump policy—i.e., end the climate hoax— would only hypothetically cause 0.1°C of warming by 2100. That is not even measurable.
The U.S was the world’s only major economy to see greenhouse gas emissions go up significantly last year. It happened as the Trump administration gutted pollution safeguards and forced dirty coal plants to stay running. npr.org/2026/10/21/nx-s1-600…

"Clean energy projects" are expensive junk that only raise electricity costs, make us more dependent on Communist China, and harm the environment.
We can build large clean energy projects here at home, but we have to be able to do it faster.

PFAS (so-called 'forever chemicals') in drinking water are measured in the parts per trillion. Not even botulinum toxin (the most toxic substance) would be toxic at that level in drinking water. But PFAS are engineered to be inert, in the first place. All the ongoing panic about PFAS has no basis in fact. EPA should have buried this scare long ago. washingtonpost.com/climate-e…
