We manifest what we believe.
We need more Star Trek, less Terminator. The world needs hopeful, optimistic Sci-Fi.

We cannot build long term futures with instant settlement mindsets. Thankfully, data burnout is here to remind us of the importance of natural cycles. ❤️

As I am flying home from speaking at @ns conference in Singapore it’s a moment to reflect how far we have all come in under 5 years. So many projects getting government recognition and support. It’s just the beginning! Thanks @balajis @JacksonSteger @donovansung and team. Great to see some familiar network society faces @James_of_Arc @timourxyz @sunbh_eth @peerbase_ and meet some new ones as well @ericweinstein @VitalikButerin . LFG!

Yes, this is why maintaining cognitive sovereignty is key. Will we shatter from the fractals, or will we thrive?
Also, consider how many people judge transactional, or business skills, as bad, and expect other people to sacrifice for the greater good. Having lived through communism, I know that's destroying people, not helping them. Ayni, or right relationship. Gardening and permaculture.
I am teaching against it, with venture cybernetics, but a certain amount of risk is always there. Business models that work already exist, just not for public goods. Donations and volunteering without a sustainable model burn people out. Entitlement creeps in.
How is this different from the venture capital industry, the Web3 industry, or any of the other industries? When something new is created, it requires a certain amount of life force and money to be poured into it. Many startups use investor money to fund customer acquisition.

One of the best parts of DAOs and Network States as well I believe is that it let people directly experiment how hard is to do good governance. So, yes, 100% recommend creating new structures before tearing down the old ones.

I used to think that too, but at least I know it's not an agent, so I have developed more appreciation for the energy transmission encoded via voice.
