In its Form 8937, the company stated it expects the warrant dividend to common shareholders to be treated as a nontaxable distribution under Section 305(a). This week’s internet security dump:
• PHP: two critical unauthenticated RCEs (CVE-2026-109618/109619). Patches out today for 8.2–8.5; update is the only full fix. Older branches get source backports at best.
• Node.js: security releases today, including a high-severity Brotli decoder issue that can permit RCE, plus related TLS/DNS fixes and eMudhra CA handling.
• GitLab: CVSS 10.0 unauthenticated RCE in the CI/CD regex compiler (CVE-2026-97229). Patch recent self-managed 19.x instances immediately.
• LiteLLM 1.107.0: PyPI wheels and Docker images shipped with a credential stealer + remote code loader. Pulled; if you installed it, treat the environment as compromised and rotate secrets.
• OpenCode Console: breach exposed third-party API keys (OpenAI/Anthropic/Google etc.) for ~1.4% of Console users who had them linked.
• eMudhra CA: intermediate private keys recovered in seconds—one was literally the number 4. Browsers blocked the affected certs.
Feels like a lot of known issues landing in a tight window. White hats get them patched before others can weaponize them or use these narratives in voting.

It will be interesting to see the fine print of the 1% commission for fraud.gov and how this actually gets paid out.
The only other inventive for exposing fraud that exists is something called, “Qui Tam,” or the False Claims Act. It’s remarkable how few people know about it
In a Qui Tam, you sue on behalf of the government (you’re called the “relator”) if you are the original source or whistleblower. If the case prevails, you get 15-25% of the recovery if the government intervenes, or 25-30% if the relator pursues the case alone.
That is much higher than the 1% in the announced program….

It’s not every day you stumble across a recording in which U.S. citizens discuss plans to declare the federal government illegitimate.
Here’s one particularly alarming excerpt:
“If the federal government’s deemed to be illegitimate … then the governors become the leading governing authority under the current republic framework of our Constitution.”
And then there’s this one:
“I really want to emphasize this is not a concept for a secession. No one is talking about leaving the United States.”
Of course they’re not “talking about leaving the United States”; they’re talking about a planned transfer of governing authority outside the constitutional process—replacing the authority of the federal government with governors and outside networks.
I hope this turns out to be a deep fake or a bad practical joke—because if it’s real, it’s unbelievably frightening.
Either way, it’s a good reminder to vote carefully in November.
