I built a game where every frame of footage is AI video, and you can actually play it 🎮
16 shots from Wan 3.0 → wired together like animation states → aim, dodge, counter, boss phase 2
No game engine. No 3D. Rendered frame by frame in 4K.
Built & designed by K28 🧵

Yea… but that comes with a cost. It’s Seedance 2.5 and it’s not free😁. I hope you know that 😊

Thanks for the feedback Arxlan. Honestly the whole content you see here, is all done in a single. There’s only 1 retake in the video for 2s for the crowd scene. Everything else is 1 shot output. I actually created a skill for creating such videos and bcoz of that, I was able to avoid retake
What happens when creative direction meets generative AI?
My latest experiment: a cinematic music video for AFUSIC’s “Pal Pal.” Created using Seedance 2.5
Photorealistic cinematography × anime aesthetics × emotional storytelling.
Built to explore what’s possible with AI-native filmmaking. 🎬
What if research papers became interactive machines? 🤯
Built this explorable robotic hand using custom Claude Code + Codex skills.
Sensors. Motors. Control systems. Component-level breakdowns.
Not just AI-generated 3D. An experiment in turning research into interactive engineering.

What comes after AI-generated video?
AI-generated experiences. 🎮
I built FOUNDATION by K28 to explore turning AI videos into playable micro-games, interactive films, brand campaigns & simulations.
It’s an open research experiment.
Try it. Break it. Challenge it. 🚀

AI videos are meant to be watched.
But what if you could PLAY them? 🎮
I built FOUNDATION by K28 — an open research project turning AI-generated videos into playable micro-games, interactive stories & experiences.

What would YOU build?
I just turned AI-generated video into a PLAYABLE GAME. 🎮
Built with Wan 3 + code.
Total cost? Under $4. 🤯
Meet NIGHTPAWS 🦝
No game engine. No massive budget. Just generative video transformed into an interactive world.
AI isn’t just generating content anymore. We’re making it playable.
Would you play this?

5/ Biggest lesson: AI video doesn’t replace game design. It replaces the art pipeline, so you can prototype what a game feels like before building any of it.
4/ The AI does the render. The code does the game: weak-point aiming, timed reactions, combo → heat → ultimate, a boss AI with a second phase, HUD, particles, sound.
3/ Every clip is a game state. Idle → attack → back to idle. Boss telegraph → dodge or get hit. If a clip starts and ends on the same frame, it loops seamlessly into a playable idle.
2/ The trick: keyframes first, video second. Lock the characters as reference sheets, generate a still for every game moment, then animate each one. That’s how faces and armor stay consistent.
Great skill to use for LnD👏
I open-sourced Teachable Figures, a skill for AI agents to create beautiful, interactive 2D and 3D lessons.
Try it here: github.com/ywEdAi/teachable-…
It started with something I wanted for my own learning.
I was studying AI model architectures and AI infrastructure. While reading about systems like SGLang, I kept wanting to see what was happening.
Where does the data go? How do the components work together? What changes when I adjust one part of the system?
My first version was a skill to help me understand SGLang through visual, interactive explanations.
Then I discovered Anatomy and iso-figure. Their work on mechanical structures, cutaways, exploded views, and functional isometric objects gave me ideas for how much further this could go.
I combined their rendering approaches with my teaching workflow. That became Teachable Figures.
One question kept coming up as I built it:
What kind of representation would help someone understand this particular idea?
- For a Transformer, I want to follow the data through the computation and see how a causal mask changes attention weights.
- For anatomy, I want to rotate a structure, look inside it, and understand where things sit relative to one another.
- For a mechanical assembly, I want to separate the components and inspect their connections.
- For historical clothing, I want to understand the overlapping panels, construction, and folds.
Each asks for a different way of showing things.
I also ran into this during iteration. A rotating model still needs a recognizable shape. A garment needs folds that communicate its construction. Choosing the right renderer and source material became part of the teaching workflow.
Learning science helped me think through those choices.
- Dual coding encouraged me to connect verbal and visual explanations.
- Spatial and temporal contiguity shaped where explanations appear and how they stay synchronized with changes.
- Cognitive load shaped what to reveal first and what to leave for later.
The interaction follows a simple learning sequence:
Predict → try → observe → explain → apply it to a new situation.
Does adding another gear always make the output slower? If a cone’s cross-sectional radius doubles, what happens to its area? Does a rocket lift off whenever its engine produces thrust?
I want learners to make a prediction, change something, and have a result they can reason about.
The current demos explore Transformer attention, chest anatomy, rocket structure and flight, cone cross-sections, a Ming-dynasty robe, and gear ratios. They support Chinese and English and can run offline.
My hope is to make this a tool I can reach for whenever I encounter something I want to understand, and let an AI agent help me build a small, beautiful lesson around it.
The video shows a few examples.

Thanks to the creators of Anatomy and iso-figure for the work this builds on.
If you try it, I’d love to hear what you’re learning and where the explanation falls short. Stars and contributions are welcome!
Dear @F1 , I built something for you. 🏎️🏁
Introducing F1 ANATOMY.
An interactive digital experience exploring the engineering, aerodynamics, telemetry & beauty behind Formula 1.
Designed and coded from scratch. Pure passion.
I’d love to build experiences like this for motorsport.
#F1 #CreativeTech
I love Formula 1. So I built a website for it. 🏎️
No client. No brief. Just pure obsession with speed, design & technology.
An F1-inspired digital experience, designed and coded from scratch.
Because great design shouldn’t just look good. It should make you feel something.
