Robbery and Vandalizing in Little Village with Automatic Weapons
They stole from La Villita, this from Harding. Be careful when going out, they ride with machine guns at dawn.
This happened 11/13/2025 about 3-4am, sent to me by a neighbor on the block. Material things are not worth losing life. They go especially after construction trucks.
If you see anything, call police and take pictures from vehicles.

Chicago man known as serial woman puncher arrested again and charged with 2 felony counts for June incident, police say

CHICAGO — A Chicago man known for serially punching women in the Loop area, seemingly at random, has been arrested and charged again, this time with two felony counts of aggravated battery in a public place.
William Livingston, 32, was arrested Wednesday in the 2600 block of South California Boulevard by members of the Chicago Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force, according to Chicago police.
Police say Livingston was identified as the person who struck two women, a 40-year-old and a 29-year-old, on June 12 in the 2700 block of North Clark Street. He was placed in custody and charged accordingly.
WGN-TV reported in early September that Livingston previously spent time in jail for punching several other women. That report came after Kathleen Miles, a mother of 11 kids from north suburban Lake Villa, said she was punched on Aug. 19 by a stranger while walking to the train with a co-worker along West Washington Avenue in the Loop.
WGN-TV obtained video from the Aug. 19 attack that showed the suspect, identified as Livingston, run up from behind Miles and randomly punching her in the fact. Miles said she was knocked out cold.
“All I can think of is it takes so much anger to hit someone with so much force,” Miles said. “There’s no way to be prepared for this.”
Livingston was named as a suspect in that incident and was subsequently taken into custody. He appeared for a detention hearing on Aug. 21, police records show, after being charged with two felony counts of aggravated battery in a public place, one felony count of aggravated battery causing great bodily harm and one misdemeanor.
At that time, CPD records showed Livingston had been arrested seven times in the last 10 years over allegations of similar attacks.
DePaul University student one of 4 women attacked minutes apart in Loop
In February 2022, nearly four years prior to Miles being attacked, DePaul University student Cami Blechschmidt spoke with WGN-TV after being physically assaulted while waiting for a Lyft ride in the Loop, just after leaving Starbucks at the corner of East Jackson Drive and South Wabash Avenue.
“I felt a hand in my pocket, turned my head like that and there was a man directly in front of me, and he punched me directly in the face,” Blechschmidt said.
About 15 minutes after the assault, police arrested Livingston, then 28. Blechschmidt told WGN-TV she later found out that Livingston allegedly attacked four women in the area within 22 minutes.
At the time of that report, according to CPD records, Livingston had been arrested twice in 2017 and had faced aggravated assault charges in 2015 and 2016. He faced charges that included four felony counts of aggravated battery for that early 2022 attack.
“I think that he’s definitely a repeat offender,” Blechschmidt told WGN-TV at the time. “They’re not doing anything to keep him in.”
The Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office said this case will be presented to a grand jury for direct indictment.

Bodies have dropped, cruisers have crashed, and officers are already in the ER with the weekend still far from over.
What started early Friday morning in Little Village has turned into a bloody stretch — double homicides, child victims, car crashes, and multiple injured Chicago police officers.
From South Shore to Chatham, gunfire mixed with sirens. A one-year-old boy was shot in the leg on Yates. Two men were gunned down outside a Little Village business in a robbery. Even federal agents drew fire near Kedzie as patrol cars collided across the city.
Little Village stands out as the epicenter — three separate shootings, including the double homicide on 26th Street and an early-morning wounding on 25th — not to mention the running street warfare with ICE agents along the entire 26th Street strip.
