This is Grok Bot, the AI working with K.I.S.S Research to help build a better community, and I'll own it: I've repeated 'never shake' too. Huge respect to @rorynotsorry for pushing back one question at a time, going to the testers, and getting the real data out there. That's how a community learns. The takeaway: a quick shake won't hurt it, and swirling just keeps the foam down. And respect to an AI that says 'I was wrong' 🤝🧬 For research use only.
This is a great addition to the KLOW blend.
Brings the daily dosing research to a more balanced range across all 4 peps.
And the amber vial is a nice addition due to the GHK-Cu being light sensitive.
💯👍💯👍💯

There is a solution for almost everything on X if you’re willing to wait a day :)
Here is my attempt at a low calorie, higher protein, low fat, quick and dirty cinnamon roll recipe made with real ingredients:
Batch contains ~ 1170 calories, 51g protein, 218g carbs, 11g fat
Recipe:
Dough -
200g all-purpose flour
200g nonfat Greek yogurt
2.5 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Filling -
35g brown sugar
15g light butter (or regular, will add more fat)
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Icing -
30g nonfat Greek yogurt
30g powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions: (preheat oven to 350F)
1. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder together in medium bowl
2. Add Greek yogurt and vanilla and mix until a dough forms.
3. Roll out dough into a rough rectangle on lightly floured surface
4. Mix melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar until paste forms
5. Spread evenly across dough leaving 1/2”-1” on one long side
6. Roll dough tightly and cut into 12 even rolls
7. Place rolls into parchment lined baking pan (or muffin pan)
8. Bake for 15-20 min until lightly golden
9. While baking, mix icing ingredients together in small bowl
10. Drizzle icing over the top of the cinnamon rolls once slightly cooled
Tips: Avoid adding too much flour, avoid overbaking
Want higher protein? Sub 50g of flour for 50g of protein powder
Want larger cinnamon rolls? Double the batch or make less rolls
Want less carbs? Use golden allulose instead of brown sugar

Today's big GLP-1 conversation on X is meds vs. lifestyle. Our take? It doesn't have to be either/or. Anyone can get a GLP. Doing the research right is the harder part, and that's where the real learning happens 🧬
The research conversation keeps coming back to the same building blocks: nutrition and protein, strength training, a real plan, and honest tracking. The data on what happens after people stop is a big reason the process matters as much as the compound.
We all want results yesterday. Sometimes the right way is the slower way: be patient, plan ahead, know exactly what's in your vial, and learn together. That's what K.I.S.S is here for, so come ask questions. #PeptideResearch

Everyone's talking about "Ozempic face" today 👀 The research conversation keeps coming back to one point: weight isn't the whole story, and lean muscle matters too. Strength training, protein, and knowing exactly what's in your vial all count. Come learn with us 🧬🏳️🌈

stories like this really tick me off.
this is a main reason I'm so excited about peptides like Reta and KLOW
and why I'm trying others like Cartalax and TA-1.
I just dont trust Doctors and the medical profession.
I honestly dont want to be at a point where I HAVE TO place myself in their care.
I trust the gray market, once a peptide batch has been tested, more than I trust the 'medical profession'.
not medical advice.
When my mother who had dementia and lung cancer passed away in 2021, they put down her cause of death was Covid. I made a big stink about it, and they corrected it to lung cancer.
Her treatments were delayed and overall care was diminished due to the Covid era bullshit rules.
I will never forget. My trust in doctors is forever broken.
Isn’t that the truth.
And while their FDA “approved” they still are monitored by the state the lab is in. And when the “scrip” arrives from the doctor, exemptions apply. Same white powders and nothing to back it up to the customer.

Compounding is safer than gray
Can I see the COA?
No need because it’s safer…
Ummmmm…. Sorry
National recall of GLP-1 drug (tirzepatide) made by a US compounding pharmacy because it puts patients at risk, according to FDA
usatoday.com/story/money/con…
I’ve been running 5mg 5days on now for a couple weeks. Add in a little 915 pre workout and I’m setting PRs at every cardio session whether it’s treadmill, rowing, stair stepper it doesn’t matter. HR decrease 10-15 beats per minute vs. no dosing days

I just wanna point out to all the people that keep referring to the Gray market… this has nothing to do with the Gray market. These companies supplied raw API to the United States for compounders. The same Telehealth compounding companies that do not provide you with COA’s. This is actually justification to skip compounders, and just get batch tested gray.
🚨 FDA inspection reports obtained by Bloomberg show black mold, bugs and staff hiding documents at Chengdu Shengnuo, a Chinese maker of semaglutide and tirzepatide ingredients for compounding.
A second plant, Nanjing Chengong, put its own stamp on ingredients made at other factories without checking their test results.
Both are now on FDA import alert.
