Norfolk County officials refused to pursue a state grand jury of Matthew Farwell for killing Sandra Birchmore - even after a meeting with Federal investigators. After review of more evidence, supplied by the Feds, the medical examiner changed Birchmore's manner of death from "suicide" to "undetermined". Similar to the John O'Keefe death investigation, Massachusetts State Police assumed an immediate conclusion of how Sandra died before any investigation was started. They worked from the point of view that she had killed herself. This would deeply affect how the investigation would continue. Witnesses almost immediately came forward to implicate Matthew Farwell. Some police officers from MSP, Canton and Stoughton would chose to ignore these statements - some would use it as leverage to target those who questioned the narrative. In the current Federal trial, it is important to know that we are only getting a small sampling of what happened to Sandra. The focus of this trial is her, which is the only thing that matters at the point in time. However, when trial is over and the jury comes back with a likely "guilty" verdict, keep your eyes peeled on Canton, Stoughton, MSP and the DA's office. Because it is of my opinion that Farwell's trial is only step 1. The Birchmore investigation is complete. The O'Keefe investigation is complete. But it seems like something is coming up the pipeline and the Federal government has only just gotten started. 🩵💙🩵💙🩵💙
