What a great night of basketball. I took 3 things from this game.
- Our community came to the Pinnacle in full force 🏀
- The rowdies were on fire 🔥
- KHS ladies played with some grit 💪
Great win and let's keep this rolling!!!
Rowdies pretty much sealed that debate tonight!!!! #TheKearneyWay @KHSRowdies @KearneyBearcats @nsaahome @khsgirlsbb
Hands down, one of my favorite days of the year. Hi- Five Friday at KHS to wrap up HOPE Week. KPD and KPS have an amazing partnership. It was awesome to see all the smiles on both the students and officers. Nothing but positivity, coffee, and good vibes to start off this morning
Full house this weekend at Foster Field for both the @KHSbearcatFB & @UNK_Football games. Well done to both teams for getting the big wins on Homecoming weekend. The @UNKearney Homecoming parade was also packed on the bricks and KPD was happy to help keep it safe. Community 💪
Enjoyed a recent visit with Program Director Michael David of Central Community College in Grand Island to discuss future opportunities between their CJ students and KPD. Thanks for the tour, including the Hornady Crime House, where students learn about crime scene processing🚔🕵️♀️
Great day to be in Kearney. Gorgeous morning for the Band day parade and then a big win by the @UNK_Football Lopers against Emporia State at Foster Field.
Thanks to UNK Chancellor, Dr. Schnoor, for the invite to watch the game. Great company, conversations, and atmosphere.
Who is ready for NNO!!!!!! @KearneyPolice Officer McLaughlin and Records Technician Potter are gettin ready to go. Come out and join us. Please check KPD’s Facebook page for locations and times for tonight’s annual event. 🍿👮♀️🚓👮

Please educate your loved ones on the dangers of taking pills that aren't prescribed by your Dr. There are so many counterfeit pills that look real. Not worth the risk. Thank you @USAO_NE and @KearneyPolice Investigators for your diligence. My heart breaks for the affected family

Couldn't be a better morning for a 5k at the 2025 Community Olympics. Great weather & camaraderie. Thanks to @CityofKearney and @CHIhealth for organizing this weekend long tradition. Well done @KearneyPolice Special Services Unit helping out and keeping participants safe!👮👮♂️🚔🚸
Awesome event and perfect venue
🏟️🤼♂️!!! These wrestlers instantly bonded and will remember this experience forever. Thanks to @kwrestling and @KearneyMatcats coaching staff for making these memories happen. Also, great to see @davegriekncn covering this honored tradition 👍🏻

I'd strongly encourage all leaders in LE to attend Professionalizing Law Enforcement: Community Engagement Training. I was blessed to go to their conference, and it did not disappoint. Great work being done nationwide, building strong partnerships between community & police.
Excellent work by the Uniform Patrol Bureau and Special Services Unit. In the last 14 days, Officers have donated soccer nets to Bright Futures, helped with bike safety at Park and conducted Hi-5 days at Emerson and Bryant. Building connections at an early age! @KearneyPolice 🚔

I'd like to thank @kearneyhigh for inviting members of @KearneyPolice to team up with KHS hopesquad members, this week and greet students as they started their day to promote mental health awareness. Both KPD and KPS believe in the importance of peer-to-peer support
@HopeSquads
Super proud of this kid and the rest of the @kwrestling bearcats for a stellar season. There were many accomplishments to be proud of and lots of hard work was done in the off season. Special thanks to the coaches for all of their dedication and time spent developing these kids!

State boys wrestling began with a bang, and plenty of wrestlers are moving on to the #nebpreps semifinals. @NEBwrestle
