Let me begin by saying... I have a friend who has never said he would outright buy a game until today. Just finished with the free weekend for Jump Space. We unlocked the second ship available and really started to experiment with everything! Compared to the last play attempt, this had significant improvements with the tuning and world. Last time I tried this with my friends, it looked like it had an idea of where it wanted to go and it managed to capitalize on a lot of it. Some parts like ship maneuvering feel like they need a little more tweaking, but cannot complain with what is given so far. It's currently on sale for about $12 for a few more days on Steam. I think it would be easy to get your entertainment value of it.
