Japan is the most honest country I was in from 1991-1996. We ate out and my mom accidentally left money on the table .,,The server ran out to the parking lot to return the money. Very clean subway stations no homeless or graffiti. I felt safe walking at night.

NEW. Arizona regulators have let an online gaming platform ignore a shutdown order for nearly two years. As Virtual Gaming Worlds appears to flout state law, they've given more than $200K to support the governor and AG, who share responsibility for upholding gambling laws.
