Hey @Google @GooglePixel_US please fix the @GeminiApp landscape m ode! I should not have to balance my Pixel on a coffee mug or bowl of fruit to read the output when I have a perfectly good book style case/stand!

For those who don't know, this absolute banger of an AMV that sold SOOO many people on Princess Tutu when it dropped in 2006. There are spoilers if you're paying enough attention, but if you weren't gonna watch the show without it, watch the AMV anyway. youtube.com/watch?v=tHZqxecC…

It's funny how much of that US fandom can probably be traced to one single AMV.

I am a Nadesico enjoyer, but I enjoy Tylor more. It's still in my top 10, maybe my top 5.

I don't like Nadesico. In the contest of mid-90s space opera parodies, there can be only one winner:

The cite for the 100M number I can find, "American Holocaust" by Stoddard, says 60M-80M of them happened before 1600, and (not counting the 115 on Roanoake Island 20 years earlier who didn't make it) the first English colony that survived wasn't founded until 1607.

Er, that should be Stannard again, not Stoddard. Autocorrect fail.

I'm going with this one today. I usually try to avoid wearing unofficial shirts to cons but it feels too perfect for Kihara-san's Godzilla panel.

Fanime Day 2 attire - a 20 year old @AnimEigo "15 years of anime your way" shirt seems perfect for starting off the day with @SV2Captain 's Vintage Anime Name That Year panel.

I'm in the swap line now, wearing a black General Products shirt and a navy C64 hat.

Catching Streets of Fire (??? was never expecting to see that on a local screen) at The Palm while wearing my @bunnycartoon "Bubblegum Midlife Crisis" shirt for reasons.

For various legal reasons they can't say this is the official, authorized sequel by the original creators of Star Control 2 I've been hoping for for three decades, but it is. Check out FREE STARS: Children of Infinity by Pistol Shrimp on @Kickstarter kickstarter.com/projects/pis…

Here I am playing Neutron just last week. All of her games are GREAT that is why I have bought all of them at her itch page. Many of her games have also won awards. Her games are worth every cent at the regular price & now many are at 25% off. Please support C64 coders if you can

This is Ray Carlsen, who’s #Commodore hardware has been providing reassuring quality and reliability for a long time. Now sadly he is winding down his operation in the future, I hear. I have a power supply by Ray feeding two #C64 simultaneously & is superb. 📸-by Michael Myers.

Made it to Fanime. Big line for vax check before badge pickup but it was processed quickly and efficiently - I overheard a couple staff chatting about issues last night tho so in retrospect I guess I'm glad I was too late getting up here to make Night 0?
