For this scene I would have this moment linger an extra beat, then Anakin closes his eyes and says "Go."
Still confused but realizing they'd better listen to him, the children all rush past him and out of the chamber.
Immediately we hear a barrage of blaster fire and Anakin closes his eyes, clenches his jaw, and lowers his head, but only for a moment.
Shaking off his remorse, he raises his head, turns, and then also exits the chamber to continue his rampage with grim determination.
I say that because I have always felt that Anakin should have been focusing on the bigger fish (adult Jedi) while the clones handled cleanup work that would have included the younglings.

Yoshihiro Hattori was a 16-year-old Japanese exchange student living in the United States.
On the night of October 31, 1992, he and his American friend were dressed in costumes to attend a Halloween party in the Baton Rouge area. Due to a mix-up with the address, they rang the doorbell at the wrong house.
The homeowner, startled to see two people in costumes on her dark porch, called her husband. He came out armed with a revolver and shouted at the young man not to move (“Freeze!”). Hattori, who didn’t speak English very well and thought it was a joke or part of the party, smiled, said, “We’re here for the party!” and kept walking toward him. The homeowner shot him point-blank in the chest.
The young man died in the ambulance, marking one of the most tragic and shocking real-life Halloween incidents on an international scale

Oh wow Jack the Ripper was probably some random loser who hated women like every other serial killer in history and not someone super exciting like an insane royal family member.
During my recent research on True Crime I started watching some videos on Jack the Ripper (which are less objectionable than most true crime videos because of how old the crime is) and there are some crazy facts I never knew that 100% would have been a major vector of investigation today but were ignored at the time
For example: Although the Ripper victims were killed in Whitechapel, they all LIVED in a two block area of Spitalfield. The 4th and 5th victim lived 500 yards from each other and both lived in the same boarding house at one point, although it can't be proven they lived there at the same time
If you saw this today, you'd 100% assume the murders weren't random and all the women were targeted by someone living in the Spitalfield neighborhood.
Oh, by the way, the last Jack the Ripper victim was murdered 9 days after she broke up with her boyfriend, who also just so happened to lose his job the month before the murders started. He lived within half a mile of every Ripper victim and the murders started right after his girlfriend had to resort to prostitution because he got fired from his job as a fish porter. His girlfriend was also the last victim and he's on record in police interviews talking about how their relationship collapsed because he was enraged she was hanging out with other prostitutes in the neighborhood
