π₯ Peyton Manning on being a Leader.
- Lead by example.
- Be the 1st in and last to leave.
- Be the hardest worker on the team.
- Be accountable to your teammates.
- Blame yourself before you blame others.
All Leadership begins with Self-Leadership.

This is some really powerful stuff from Deion Sandersβ¦
Colorado WR Jimmy Horn was having a rough game, so Deion pulled him aside and gave him an important message.
He told Horn that his dad, who is in prison, was watching him play.
βHeβs watching you right now. He wants to clap in front of all his different inmates because he believes in his son. We gonna make pops proud tonight. Thatβs what we gonna do, because his son is a DAWG.β
Goosebumps. Jimmy Horn went on to catch the game-tying touchdown.
