I know the solution for storing your seed words safely.
Shamir's secret sharing. You can encrypt your seed words into secret parts, and having any one part doesn't make brute forcing any easier. If you just spread the words without encrypting them, having found some words make's it a ton easier to brute force the rest.

JUST IN: Richard Heart lived under extreme isolation in Istanbul, according to new details from independent journalist Çağdaş Evren Şenlik:
• 24/7 guards
• Card-only floor access
• Armored cars on every exit
• Rarely left the building
This level of protection is notable given that he was living under an Interpol red notice. MIT and Istanbul police still located and detained him and his wife in Beşiktaş. He was later sent to prison.
