Los Angeles spent $900 million to "house" 1,200 homeless people. 40% left the housing within a year. So, LA spent $900 million to "house" 700 people. That's nearly $1.3 million per housed person. That's called corruption. Period.

San Francisco’s primary drug rehab, HealthRIGHT360 has a treatment completion rate 50% below the national average at 12%. They bill medi-cal for reimbursement of treatment costs. Their CEO makes $400k per year. Maybe it's time to look at them, too. @DrOz
