As a 30’s+ fan of hers, I echo this. When you consider how she started out with Halle (kinda wholesome, quirky, empowering) and where her music has travelled to now (very male centred/bird brained) it’s no wonder she’s turned off a lot of us. Which is sad because she’s SKILLED.

God dont like ugly! Hyde-Smith refused to return her Senate blue slip, a procedural approval traditionally needed for judicial nominees. Without her approval, Colom's nomination never advanced to a confirmation hearing. Hyde-Smith later openly stated: "He thought he was going to be a federal judge, and I blocked him."
