Our newest paper explores the role of SNX5 on B cell activation. Great work by @Cabrera_R_FE and @ContrerasTeemly 💪🏻
B cells form SNX5-rich protrusions at the plasma membrane which dissipate upon interaction with soluble antigens. SNX5 accumulates at the immune synapse regulating actin-dependent spreading responses. SNX5 regulates endo-lysosomal trafficking required to promote antigen extraction and presentation. @LabYuseff life-science-alliance.org/co…
