Bresser Biolux SEL jr from Amazon. Its about 100EUR, comes with a bunch of slides, batteries, objectives, its pretty sturdy but rather small. Mounting your phone on it is kind of tricky but when you manage you can take some great photos!

These resuts are not a surprise! The question is why are women disproportionately affected, what is the core cause of this toxicity and why is it allowed to persist? You cannot claim to support women if you do not adress this academic exodus. #womeninSTEM
