UNPOPULAR OPINION: As someone who has worked on several construction projects with both locals & foreigners. I can safely conclude that most South African labourers in this industry lack work ethic compared to guys from Zimbabwe and Mozambique. Most construction guys I have met prefer to hire foreigners for that reason. Most have tried to prioritise locals, but they always disappoint. Ke senya ke realo 🤷🏾‍♂️

As Musk didn't understand it, he could have used the same deal Amazon made locally and that's why Amazon LEO will launch before Starlink. RSA doesn't want a system that Musk can switch off whenever he has a grievance.
