GTA 6 has realistic skin and muscle deformation and it interacts with surfaces. For example, you can see the woman's chest is properly "squished" against the car's windshield in this screenshot!

GTA 6 cops will lay a stinger strip in front of you mid chase
In one scene Edge MAG saw during a botched robbery:
> Jason flees on a stolen bike with Lucia on the back
> you can switch to Lucia and shoot at the cops chasing you
> cops radio ahead and drop a stinger, nearly invisible at night
> front tire blows and both fly over the handlebars
> they limp away and a K9 joins the chase
> the dog catches Jason and pins him to the ground

Cyberpunk 2 is looking more likely to include multiplayer in some shape or form, based on recent job postings from CD Projekt RED, that mention multiplayer-related expertise🚀
Cyberpunk 2077 was originally meant to have a multiplayer expansion, but it was scraped. So it’s quite likely plans have moved to include it in CP2, whether as a separate mode or integrated into the main game😎
