Alongside my ongoing commitments, I’m excited to share that I will continue my Art Director role for the talented @Vuthric and his team on their Slime project. Back in 2024, I put 50+ hours of lighting work into the early prototype, and congratulations to the team for the UK Games Fund grant! #indiegame #gamedev #lighting #slime #game #IndieDev #UE5 #UnrealEngine #LightingArtist #CareerDevelopment #ArtDirection
update on Asher's Slime game💚 The dungeon's popularity is plummeting! Only the Slime can make it fun again. Lots of magic sodas are needed to get the job done. #indiegame #gamedev #techart #slime #game

The reason I love lighting design so deeply is its evocative power, the way a single shadow or a precise focal point can carry emotion, memory, and meaning. But none of those moments can exist without the world built around them. #UE5 #Lighting #3drender #unrealengine #environmentart

Hey everyone! Resharing my linkedin post here but just wanted to say a few things here real quick: First: I want to extend a huge THANK YOU! To the fans, community, and fellow game devs for sharing mine and others posts on different platforms - very much appreciated. It really means a lot and we were all so very thankful we could give you all many fun experiences over the years that I hope stick with you for a long time and inspire you to create and enjoy! It is a phenomenal feeling when the work you put in is enjoyed! Ya'll made it a great adventure! Secondly, DOOM: The Dark Ages Revelations released today! This will be, unfortunately, my last shipped title with the studio and regardless of circumstance I truly hope everyone enjoys it! I will be posting my concept design work from it in the near future .... it was a fun project and a great end cap DOOM trilogy (and my time at the studio lol)! Stay tuned and follow for art and more! And now, previously posted yesterday on Linkedin: After over 12.5 years, one complete game trilogy and 1 day short of the 9th DOOM related project (and 12th project at this studio) I've worked on, myself and many others were informed our roles at id Software were terminated as part of larger organizational changes this morning. I had been very fortunate to have joined the studio at a point in time that felt like being there on the ground floor of something special for the studio. That feeling continued through today, just short of completing the story of trilogy. One of the truly special things about the studio was the sheer amount of skill amongst the team and the exciting and intense collaboration which is what made our games special and successful. With these changes many of my amazing colleagues are taking their institutional knowledge and skill sets into the wider industry. I am looking and open to what could be next in the immediate future; now it is time to put my money where my mouth is and stay focused on improving myself and what I can do to help those around me who were also impacted. Please add me/follow, share, and check out my website. Things will be updated over time as the dust settles but it is a starting point. Thanks for your time and attention!
