I had no money growing up. My dad was a labourer and my mum did everything to make ends meet. Men worked hard. Women worked miracles. But education was free. As was the local library. I knew books were my passport to a better life. #SupportLibraries

Times are tough. Don’t be too harsh on yourself if you find it hard to cope sometimes - we all find it difficult, whoever we are. I find music helps me - but being down is a part of being human. Not sure how much a tweet will help but I just wanted to say. Keep safe.

@KeplinGroup I ordered something from your site on 27th March and have yet to receive it. Your ‘customer service’ team have, on three occasions, told me it has shipped and to wait three working days. I’ve been refused a refund until I can say that I’ve ‘refused delivery’.
@KeplinGroup How can I refuse delivery of an item that very clearly isn’t going to be delivered? How can you refuse to refund someone two months after they’ve placed an order? I’ve had to purchase from elsewhere as I needed it long before now. Appalling service.

After receiving a voucher as a gift, which we can’t use as the venue can’t fit us in, @Wowcher_Support have been incredibly unhelpful. Asked for the same information three times and once they had it for the third time, no response at all. Is this how they make their money?
