A very very special programme this morning, with Garry’s last sports bulletin after FIFTY YEARS at the BBC. A broadcasting titan, a consummate wit and a vivid raconteur but also a lovely man and a wonderful colleague.

Reporting live on TV used to mean a supporting tech team and a lot of gear.
But @NicholasGarnett was live on BBC 10 last night and is on Breakfast this morning - just him, a tripod, a light, a mic and a UK SIM card. #mojo
