Four years ago, Kameron Johnson was a 5-6, 145-pound QB with no Div. I offers. Now he's an "extremely athletic" rookie receiver with the Bucs, living a dream and making a huge leap as @barton_fb's first NFL player, trying to show why he belongs: @NFLonfox

🚨New Story🚨
@barton_fb revived its football program in 2019-20 after nearly seven decades.
On Saturday, the first Barton player - WR Kameron Johnson - signed with an NFL franchise. Johnson piled up more than 2,300 receiving yards for the D2 Bulldogs.

Raven Johnson went viral last year after Caitlin Clark waved her off and left her unguarded.
The South Carolina star said she watched that game over 100 times and admitted the moment "hurt me."
This year, she was the primary defender on Clark for the majority of the game and played lockdown defense đź”’

Feature will be coming on my site this week about the first Barton College representation at a pro day for NFL Scouts. I want to give it the attention & time @certified_1_ & @_kam01_ deserve.
These two young men have been training for today & they showed up in a big way. When NFL scouts are stopping me and asking me about them…they had their undivided attention without a doubt.
More to come, but they should be extremely proud of their efforts today. I know the coaches and myself are for sure.

I tried to tell everyone to pay attention. I’ve got receipts…
Even though the @barton_fb program is only four years old, they have amazing talent on the roster like @certified_1_, @_kam01_, and recently @shaneperry_14 (now at ECU). And even with these three pursuing bigger platforms, there is still great talent on the team.
20+ NFL teams stopped by Wilson, NC this season. Even if Terrell & Johnson are not drafted in April’s #NFLDraft, they will definitely get signed as UDFA.
Terrell & Johnson will workout at @PackFootball’s Pro Day workout March 26th. Anticipate more exposure to follow.

.@barton_fb might have the D2 Nick Chubb đź‘€
.@RMCfootball might have a legit 4.3 receiver ready to fly.
All of the more reasons why Pro Days matter for Small College prospects.
Here’s a few names to keep an eye on this month. My latest on @CBSSports 👇🏾

Never been more proud! My time at FP didn't end the way I wanted it to, never won a championship but all the games, practices, car rides, wins and losses were worth it for this moment right here. Two of the best players I ever coached! ❤️
