No one can stop what God has planned for you.

Like most things in life, we seem to get back more of that which we give. When you are grateful for the things in your life, big and small, you always seem to find more things to be grateful about. I believe that... Do you?

Three things you control every day are your ATTITUDE, your EFFORT and your ACTIONS. It doesn’t matter what others are doing or who you think is being unfair. Every day you can focus on being positive, working hard and making others around you better.

Positivity is like a boomerang. The more you put it out there the more it comes back to you.

Commitment recognizes Commitment! Don’t wait for others to commit to you. Decide to commit to them. You be the committed one and watch how it impacts your team's commitment.

If you feel like this virus has stolen the great year you were preparing to have, remember this truth: We don’t know what would have been but we can create what will be. Don’t look back. Be thankful for your health right now. Look for ways to love, serve, care. Look forward!

As a leader here are 3 things your team wants from you: 1. Clarity: Provide clarity which leads to focused action. 2. Belief: Encourage and let them know you believe in them and what they can accomplish. 3. Trust: They want to know you trust them and that they can trust you.
