Reiki classes and sessions are closed for the month of November I apologize for the inconvenience but I will be back in full gear next month.
Very unattractive. I agree. You’re either in or you’re out 💯 We grown over here 🙏🏼
Ignoring people or withholding attention to manufacture desirability is so 1990s.
It’s 2026. People are interested in people who are interested in them. Showing up genuinely and consistently demonstrates integrity. Calculated absence doesn’t create intrigue; it creates disinterest.
Some people are still playing hard to get with people who aren’t playing. 😂
And that might be the funniest part of all.
This is the way 🙏🏼
Daoists who practice Qigong harmonize their internal energy (Qi) with the natural rhythms of the universe: the Sun, Moon, stars, and Earth.
They do this through several practices:
Solar Qigong: Practicing at sunrise to cultivate Yang energy, vitality, and life force.
Lunar Qigong: Meditating under the Moon to cultivate Yin energy, stillness, intuition, and restoration.
Stellar Qigong: Working with the energy and symbolism of constellations, particularly the Big Dipper and North Star.
Seasonal Qigong: Adjusting practices to harmonize with the five elements and changing seasons.
Internal Alchemy: Circulating Qi through the body's meridians and Dantians to cultivate balance, awareness, and spiritual development.
The underlying Daoist philosophy: Human beings are a microcosm of the universe. By harmonizing the energy within ourselves with the rhythms of Heaven and Earth, we cultivate greater balance, vitality, and alignment with the Dao.
I love it when you stop wearing makeup and you hear the younger generations say “WOW, she really let herself go” 😞
Listen sweetheart…..
My years have taught me that what you put on your body goes into your body.
Beauty comes from within.
And the better we care for ourselves the more we shine ✨

Just because I don’t need you doesn’t mean I don’t want you.
Think about it….
There’s certain things I won’t put up with and neither should you.
Contrary to popular belief there is no fear of a relationship on my part.
I’ve done the work and I believe two people can coexist peacefully 💯
When I say you I mean my future with whoever it is ❤️
