Acutaas Management "...Coming to CDMO, during our Q3 FY25 earning call in January 2025, we had shared our ambition of achieving ₹1,000 crore in CDMO revenue by FY28. Based on the current orders of existing as well as new CDMO contracts, We now believe we will achieve this target 1 year ahead of schedule. It means in FY27 we will be achieving this ₹1,000 crore. Here I would like to highlight that we continue to add very exciting products to our CDMO pipeline. A couple of these products we have potentially to become billiondollar product for our innovative customers. Here I would like to say that this CDMO business will be double in next, 3 financial years. It means from ₹1,000 crore to new, new target we had set as ₹2,000 crore by FY30..."

Results were good but operating cash flows are poor. Because of that debt has gone up.

Between the Lines: Signals from the Concall Room Antelopus Selan Energy: "...Actually, the October production itself, we are at around 2,000 barrels oil equivalent...with 7 more wells to add to the kitty, we are pretty confident on the 2,500 barrels exit [by FY27]...Next year that should be around 3,500 barrels...Thereafter that should be 5,000 barrels..." KFin Technologies: "Our total share of the international business now is 20%...with our International, we have added 18 new clients, you know, which are in the transition, and they're expected to go live into the coming quarters..." APL Apollo Tubes: "...We have started to seed product line for defense and aerospace sectors also on the back of recently commissioned specialized tube mill..." Lumax Industries: "...Currently, the wallet share at Maruti Suzuki on a headlamp, tail lamp, foot together is anywhere between 25 to 30%, and this wallet share will be increasing to anywhere between 35 to 40% over the next 2 to 3 years. Also, Honda Motorcycle and Scooters India, we've got a significant order win specifically on the tail lamps where the current wallet share was less than 20%. And we are expected to increase our wallet share near to 50% on the tail lamp..." Sona BLW: "...And albeit, small, but the robotics and physical AI order book also continues to be built. It's 4%. We are hoping in the decade to come this becomes what EV has been for the last decade for us..." Ather Energy: "...our team's internal estimate is that we have roughly about 20,000 units per month of unrealized retail that we are not tapping into yet [due to capacity constraints]..." Triveni Power Transmission: "...in this quarter, we've had a 3x increase in our order booking for export orders..." Steel Strips Wheels: "...EBITDA per wheel rose to ₹404 from ₹242 same quarter last year....EBITDA level of ₹404 should be sustainable, and perhaps we will exceed that..." Between the Lines: Signals from the Concall Room Permanent Magnets: "...The demand from our customers in the West is healthy, and based on current projections, we expect EV demand to remain at similar level for the rest of the financial year..." Oriental Rail Infrastructure: "...Indian Railways require a minimum of around 35,000 to 40,000 wagons every year for replacing the old wagons whose life are, it would be over, plus the new addition in to increase the capacity..." Shriram Finance: "...India's Drought Monitor said September 23rd that 51.2% of India's geographical area was abnormally dry and, or worse. The India's weak monsoon is beginning to weigh on rural consumption ahead of crucial festive season, with companies seeing pressure on demand for entry-level, two-wheeler and cars, discretionary FMCG products, and also consumer appliances..." Tata Motors: "...CV passenger registered H1 market share of 41.1%, up 500 basis points over FY26, reflecting a strong momentum across the segment..." Coforge: "...In Q2, we signed 8 large deals. This is the highest number of large deals we have signed in any quarter in our history. Equally importantly, in Q3, which has now started, which incidentally is the shortest quarter of the year, we hope to again sign 8, if not more, large deals..." Torrent Pharmaceuticals: "...12% is the market growth [for IPM], this year so far. We think this market growth is likely to sustain for the rest of the year, and perhaps from next year it may drop a little bit, say 1-2%, but minimum 10% is what we think should continue from here on as well..." Shree Cement: "... consolidated EBITDA per ton declined to ₹966 from ₹1,055 a year ago, primarily due to higher fuel costs..." Westlife Development: "...This quarter, we delivered our strongest performance in 13 quarters and with double-digit growth in both guest count and samestore sales. Trishakti Industries: "...See, ₹60 and ₹65...that was our guidance [for FY27]...But as of last quarter, our ARR was 72...So maybe if these machines are deployed in Q3, then from December quarter, like from December month FY27 to FY28 Q3, you will be able to see that our ARR has gone up to even 120 crores..." CG Power and Industrial Solutions: "...our orders remain robust with 90% growth year over year, and order book strengthened further at ₹21,820 crores..." Ador Welding: "...approximately 80% of the reason that you're seeing a gross margin dip has to do with quite severe inflation in costs across the board..." My partner in this crime: @concall_in

India-EU FTA is projected to formally enter into force around March or April 2027 - Minister Piyush Goyal This could be a game changer for Indian companies exporting to the EU, particularly in precision engineering, castings and forgings! Of course, sectors like textiles and leather could see more immediate benefits, but Indian manufacturing could be a major long-term winner!

I am a little more optimistic!
#LaurusLabs #Laurus #Q2FY27 Sharing my estimates for upcoming Q2 FY27 earnings for Laurus labs. I sense the acceleration in earnings will continue and Laurus will post a qtr with 400 Cr+ PAT. Look at the non linearity from 194 Cr in Sept 25 to 400 Cr+ in Sep 26! If this happens, Laurus will be at ~8000+ Cr Rev & ~1600+ Cr PAT run rate! PS: CDMO revenues are lumpy and Qtrly estimates are highly prone to errors. Results on Thur 29th Oct. Looking forward to the concall.

LTCG reforms are suddenly appearing in every news outlet and in every WhatsApp group! Yes, of course, I would also love to see that, but I have zero confidence! You usually never kill your cash cows! Tax paying 3% population is the bread and butter and the big fat cash cows!
