First reports said AI was able to bypass a paywall to access the data. Is that accurate? Just curious about what actually happened.

D3 is a classification for schools that choose, of their own volition, to not offer athletic scholarships. UChicago is an example. A Big 10 member, winner of 1st Heisman, original Monsters of Midway, saw athletics as a threat to the priority of education.
I get that. However does SFA or MBS turn down events this far out because of the possibility the Hawks or Falcons make the playoffs later on? Or do the teams pay a retainer to hold dates? Just curious how the process works.

@MikeConti929 - I’m curious how this is handled in other leagues. If the Hawks are in the playoffs, will they pay to hold dates at SFA for potential games? If the Falcons are in the playoffs, do they hold dates at MBS for potential games?

You should put the Index on your website. People can see if their local store is open and place an order
DI Cabinet approves proposal that would move men's soccer to a two-semester playing season. Because it passed with less than 75% of the vote, the proposal will now go to a 30-day rescission period, during which eligible DI schools or conferences can submit a vote to defeat the new rule. If two-thirds of the eligible members do not vote to defeat it, it will subsequently take effect.
The Cabinet's vote is not final until its meeting concludes later today.

Unfortunately, a staffer will probably be blamed and face undeserved consequences. Keep an eye on his staff members for the next few days…

It has gone from n emphasis on reporting and analysis to an emphasis on entertainment. My guess is that it’s less expensive to entertainment than to do serious reporting.

So, it wasn’t the head coach’s decision? You’re saying the president made the decision?

Can’t believe I’m saying this but… give me the World Cup over the Olympics. I said what I said. 🤷🏾♂️

Is today’s match the most expensive event ever held at MBS, based on ticket cost X number of seats?

To the owners, there is tremendous risk/reward.
In order to have pro/rel it will be necessary to convince owners that have never really had any threats to their club’s increasing to be willing to risk it. All the while knowing that the someone will get relegated.
