I founded Safe Spaces Foundation to move mental health conversations beyond awareness and into action, so every young person knows where to turn before silence becomes a crisis. We are ready to bridge the gap between schools and counseling services.
Last night hit differently. It made me realise how life can sometimes throw you into situations you never imagined you'd have to face, Yet somehow, in the middle of it all, you find a way to keep going. It's in those moments that you discover a strength you never knew you had.

Went to my first live football match yesterday and CATDA FC got the win!
The energy in the stadium from the team and Jeremiah Jabela who fully deserved Player of the Match was absolutely unreal! Safe to say I'm officially a fan✨
