Well, you know what they say--opinions are like assholes, everybody's got one.

The reason Stephen King didn’t like the movie The Shining is because unlike Carrie, which is only 10 times better than the book, The Shining was 1,000 times better than the book. It was so much better than the book it was embarrassing.

Kubrick's The Shining is a better movie than King's book is a book. I said what I said.

I had the honor of narrating the audio book for Stephen King and Peter Straub’s OTHER WORLDS THAN THESE, which is out today. Thank you Anthony Breznican and @esquire for letting me rave about this fantastic book and writing such a beautiful review. esquire.com/entertainment/bo…

My new one, OTHER WORLDS THAN THESE (T3), is published today. It's the final book of the Talisman trilogy, co-written with my old buddy, Peter Straub. As DJT would say, thank you for your attention in this matter.

I’m horrified and saddened by the death of Rob Reiner and Michele. Wonderful friend, political ally, and brilliant filmmaker (including 2 of mine). Rest in peace, Rob. You always stood by me.
